Autumn Argus promised to ship a Sphynx cat to me in the UK under the passports for Pets scheme. I was told by Barbara that she had shipped to the UK before and she would get the blood tests started. This was back in Feburary 2006 .I sent her a $2140 deposit towards the cat and for the upkeep of the cat plus vet expences. The product is very cute but the customer service at the franchisees (at least at Far Hills, NJ) and at the corporate office have had us tell them NOT TO DELIVER TO US! A friend wanted to send us one of their baskets of fruit to thank me for helping them with some PC problems (I know how to fix PCs... if you can't tell, I can't make nice LOOKING websites! I bought this iron from Lowe's a couple months ago. I sent in registration. At first I loved the iron, however I can't put water in it! When I try to steam the water leaks out the bottom, I have water spots all over my clothes. I am one of the few people who iron everything--I must keep a spray bottle to use instead of letting the iron do its job. Each company debited my account monthly (every two weeks) 16.95 with out my knowledge or consent. After talking to a cus. ser. rep. I have determined I will have a very hard time getting a full refund. I have cancelled my debit card but was assured I would receive creditwithin a week. I canceled my order within 2 weeks and they still took money from my checking account without my authorization (2 separate times), over $100.00! I called and spoke to David Beeson who is suppose to be a Manager of some sort, he told me that my money would be refunded the next day... this is more than a week later and I still haven't received my refund!!! I bought Nokia-3120 on 4th August 2005 from Ambala. It was not working properly. It heats up and disconnects while receiving and sending calls. I complained to the shopkeeper (Ambala) within 1-2 months. He told us that it will not be replaced but will be repaired and directed us to Nokia Priority Center,Noida. I have been a customer of Alltel for 9 years. I recently changed plans, and soon after received a bill from ALLTEL. The bill was a partial bill had I had changed prior to the bill cycyle ending. No Problem. I paid the bill, and continued to use the phone. About a month and 1/2 passed by, and I received a text message on my phone telling me I needed to pay my bill. Im from Chennai - KK Nagar. I'm highly frusturated by the Worst services of Tata Indicom broad band services. No customer call is attended and the line is always engaged or not responding. Shifting of connection seems to be not their job even after paying the stipulated fees. Spoiling the name of TATA. Respected Sir/Madam, I applied for broadband connection from Swastik Cable, Hotwire Local Provider in Keshav Puram in Oct, 2003. For Providing broadband connection provider charged me Rs. 3500/- as installation charges. In July 2006, provider has terminated the service without any notice. I would say about 35-45% of my belongings are damaged and at least 20% never arrived at all to my new home! I have a call in to Danny Vin-something-or-other who was identified to me as the president of the company, and a call in to the "claims department" neither of which have returned my call from 3 days ago. I purchased a Black Widow Scooter in early June. That evening we tried to ride the scooter and the brakes were rubbing on the caliper and also on the back tire. I tried to contact the company the same day to see if there was a fix and have not received any response for over 1 month. I asked for a manual also, to see if I could make some adjustments, but have not received the manual either. Our beautiful spa was installed on May 29, 2006. We paid cash, $11,552.57. The day it was installed it started to leak. The installer assured us that it was just because he had just set it up. A week later, the breaker burnt out, the one leak became two, and a series of LED lights went out. The first available appoint was on June 13. Ruben came out and could not fix it. I did not sign up for membership in the Literary Guild. They said they sent books to me. I've never received these books. They have now sent "my account" to a horrible collection agency called Eastern Collection Corporation. These people are unbelieveably rude and refuse to listen to my complaints. Simon Mall Gift Cards have lots of no's and very few yes'. The gift giver pays a fee up front. If you don't use it for any reason in 6 months after purchase date. Then they charge you $2.50 a month for "administrative fees" and a re-issue charge of $7.50 (which I think I just saw went up to $12.50)- if you card expires without using it. I called and asked if there was any way they could reduce the fees since I had some major medical problems and my card had expired without using it. I lost $35 to fees. They... read full review »

I have now spent numerous calls with the dispute resolution department of Zoots. First they destroyed a 4 month old shirt. Then they tell me the “specialist’ is calling it “normal wear and Tear”. When I tell them that the shirt is only 4 months old they tell me return it to the store and an “independent” specialist will examine it. I ordered 6 mylar balloons online to be delivered July 5, 2006 at my mother's home. She is a stroke victim and currently resides in nursing facility. I was traveling to Virginia to be with her on her birthday, and was planning to bring the balloons to her myself. In the past I have used Hefty freezer bags and they were O.K. but this past weekend my daughter, son'in'law and I froze 50 quarts of cream corn, they leaked and we tried to go ahead and freeze them, we had them all filled, again they leaked all in the freezer, hopefully the corn is O.K., but time will tell. The company has changed names 3 times since March 30, 2006. From Sophea.com, to Sophea.net, and finally Theous.com. Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. The firm is officially located in Grass Valley California but services throughout southern California; I live in the San Gabriel Valley. My heater was installed but my credit card was debited two times. I didn't discover this until my bill arrived over a month later. They seem to have corrected it a good 16 days after the first debit. Snapfish (www.snapfish.com) is an online digital photo sales. I usually buy from Kodakgallery.com which has great pictures for $.15 ea. Only 1.49 to have pics sent to local store. Pulled in by Snap fish $.09 per pic sale, and shipping was $.49 per 10 pics. I went over to Kodak when it was to late just to compare apples to apples and Kodak was cheaper and better. I had the AMC for my Aquaguard Water Purifier with your Gurgaon Branch Sector 4 for more than four ( 2) years now. While Purchasing the equipment, it was communicated to my by your sales person that as a special scheme, it is covered under "Life Time warranty" and you need to pay only the AMC charges every year, if wish so. These guys have a website that has an "honesty manifesto" and they even offer incentive guarantee. They promise to protect you from the "pool sharks". For several years, this web hosting company has hosted my website. I am a loyal customer when not cheated. But this company cannot keep my site "up" for more than a few days at a time. We order hurricane shutters in Dec 05. Were to have them in 12 weeks. Gave the salesman 1,500 deposit. I started calling him in April of 06 and all I got were different excuses. The driver had a accident, Got me mixed up with another customer, They are on their way. Right. Finally after me driving him crazy they were installed the end of May 2006. I have a room air conditioner that I purchased on August 23, 2005 that was used for approximately 4 weeks last summer before I stored it for the winter. I re-installed it in June and it does not work. When I called the customer service number and when I got on line to get warrantee service, I found that Fedders has no service center to cover the Boston, Massachusetts metropolitan area.
