I am tired of Canada Post’s use/misuse of local courier companies to deliver parcels doing THEIR work for them and doing it poorly. This is about the 6th time this happens this year. This time I ordered a product within Canada (Ontario) by Expedited Parcel and to be received today at the latest (7 days). I have internet and telephone service with Time-Warner maintaining the cable. Last week, the phone and internet quit working. That is, it works sometimes if you're lucky. I called Time-Warner from a payphone (Friday) and they said that they would have someone come out and fix it Tuesday. The worst company I have every dealt with. A scam. I ordered some cartridges, I paid and they were supposedly shipped immediately... A month later and they are still not here. I left two e-mails and just got form mail back. I called and got put on hold, finally talked to someone and they couldn't give me a tracking number, said it shipped without one! UPS service is getting worst. It is impossible to speak to a representative, there is no phone number posted on their web site and they never give any specific reason or apology for poor service. The reason for this is because they are paid by the businesses that use their service to ship to the customer and since the business pays UPS, UPS has no loyalty to the end receiver which actually pays for the shipping. I received an estimate from A&M Tree Service in Seattle. It was the lowest I had received, so I accepted it. When the people arrived to do the job, they refused to do it stating they needed more equipment, but promised to honor the bid. Days later the company informed me they would not honor the bid. I recently bought a calling card from Nobelcom.com, after searching for the best rates. I came across this website (www.nobelcom.com) and purchased a 40$ card to call Ukraine, so that I can avoid that processing fee. I instantly received my PIN by e-mail but when I tried to use them, the 800 number gave me a busy signal. I tried for 3 or 4 times but it still didn't work. Drum Halfzware shag rolling tobacco is perhaps the worst quality of its kind I have ever encountered. Besides its high price, I found this shag to be lumpy, full of seeds, stems, eyes and was poorly mixed. I can find no bright in it at all. I can tell its been mechanically dried. Its taste is very dry with a very bitter bite and is quite harsh. I took it to my own tobacconist and shared some 'unlabeled' with him. Veolia Environmental Services is a garbage company both by description and opinion. They bought or merged with the company I used for a commercial rental building several months before I sold my building and cancelled my account and I can't get rid of them. I sold the building in July, 2006 and I informed them on July 20, 2006 and they said they would send a prorated bill. They didn't but instead sent me a bill for two months. I bought a Eureka Forbes water Purifier nearly 7 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. In my case nobody came for the service after 3 month or 6 months which they were supposed to do. Then suddenly my machine reported some fault. I made a complaint to the toll free number and they gave me a code number. They told the same day a person would visit me and solve the problem. Nobody turned up. I have received a bill (invoice no.430473840) for the period 21/08/06 to 20/09/06 for Rs.807.64 towards broadband connection and multiple telephone facility. Surprisingly none of the facilities exist at my place nor there is any connectivity of airtel broadband service in the area. What is more shocking is that the shows 88 telephone calls made for non-existent facility. Since their inception there has been a steady noise that gets louder upon occation. It is a steady hum that never ends. When it gets louder, you can hear it through the closed windows even more. I talked with them a few times in the beginning and was always told they were correcting the problem. It did get quieter for a bit, then louder, then quieter, then louder. You get the gist. This is a game plan people use to fool all of indians residing in rural areas. I have a family plan with t-mobile and I spend 120.00-160.00 a month on mine and my oldest daughter's phones. Hughes requires automatic access to your credit card for billing. They billed me twice last month. My card company, Hughes, and me on a conference call found that Hughes had no record of a double billing. So, the card company credited me for the second billing. Hughes then discontinued my service and billed me again. Hughes' "customer service" representatives have no authority or ability to solve these problems. I ordered a log splitter from them on 1/19/06. I ordered their highest rated product for I wanted the most powerful splitter I could find that would work off standard 120 volts A/C power. I ordered the "Megasplit2006" which appears to now be called the "Megasplit2007". The seller claims it has 9 tons of force (the other models are claimed to have 6 & 7 tons of force). Tri-State Alarm Company uses deception and fine print to lock its customers into automatically renewing lengthy contracts. The company didn't advise us that our contract would automatically renew for another 3 years after the original 3 year period. The sales person told us it would convert to a month-to-month basis after the first 3 years. I purchased a 650 VA SUKAM Inverter five years ago. Initially it came with PRESTOLITE Battery which lasted for more than three years. However, when the time of changing the battery came, somebody suggested me the name of LUMINOUS and here I committed the mistake of my lifetime. I obtained propane gas service with Thompson Gas in Boonsboro, MD on 10-1-2006 and in doing so I had to sign a "customer agreement" w/ Thompson Gas. However, I was not made aware of numerous stipulations in this agreement which were located on the back of the agreement in "shadow print". I have a TATA INDICOM WALKY Prepaid connection in Pune (Maharshtra) India. However the recharge vouchers of 1120/- denomination are not available in the market even at any of the so called tata indicom shoppes or what ever. Signed up for long distance last year for calling India for rate of 16 cents, at the present still charging me 16 cents, while on their web site, the rate for calling India is 13 cents. Call customer service to complained about this, and she told me they are still charging me the old rate when I signed up. That $20 was a lot to us since my husband was laid off and this is our only phone at all. It was Wednesday night the 27th, I began having trouble making or receiving calls. I have been using the product for two years now..got flashed twice during that time (when I drove through a yellow once...and when I made a legal right turn while red on the second )...but have not received a ticket. Offered extremely poor customer service. Representatives refused to respond to correspondence timely and appropriately. Instead, they suggested contacting departments that had nothing to do with the concern, overcharged for services not rendered, and avoided solving the problem by taking you through red tape.
