We just bought a Festiva timeshare. Got suckered into the going on the 90 min tour for the free laptop. Well we went to this said name 90 min tour that ended up being like 4 hours when it was all said and done with for this free laptop. The tour was full of all sorts things that seemed to be to good to be true so we ended up getting a time share that ended being about 7.000ish. We filled out all of the contracts and went home. II stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks the Property Manager asked for 170.00 for a key deposit and said when I vacated I would get the deposit back. I stayed 2 weeks and upon leaving he did not return my deposit instead sent me a 30 dollar check after a month. I cleaned the room and kept my side of the rental agreement. Joseph Noon is a thief. I travelled from delhi to mumbai on Go Air flight in the month of January 2011. My 7 month baby at tha time was in a pram. I checked in the pram just before boarding the flight. But to my dismay i did not get the pram when i landed in Mumbai. the pram was lost. after hundreds of followups, bad customer relation people, no formal complain tracking mechanism, i have still not got the pram. My baby has grown up now but this loss of mine still remains. How do I recover this loss?
