I paid via credit card for hotel accomodation to Wonderlandhotels.com They cancelled rooms after payment received and have not refundedthe money. I have spoken to a number of other people who have had the same experience. This internet site is still active and still cancelling rooms leaving customers no alternative but to pay again for accomodation. Wonderlandhotels do not answer phonecalls or emails. They have repeated this activity to people worldwide and no-one seems to be able to stop them. They are using Hotelbeds as a provider based in Spain. I always use the travel agencies for hotel booking since I thought that it's easy and cheaper than we booked via hotel front service. Agoda is one of travel agencies that I liked ! But this time, I would change my mind. I found that it's a bit tricky. On website, the price was quoted apprx 5100 incl Tax and service charge. This price was included Breakfast. We got to the hotel and there was no notice given, but the power went out in the room all night. There was no climate control, and it was pitch dark in the room, the kids were scared, and I bumped into the wall pretty hard. They were rude when I complained to the front desk. This motel doubles their prices when there is a car show in the area. I had stayed there once a week in my travels back and forth to the northeast in the past couple months. They feel no loyalty to their regular customers and think nothing of doubling the price of their rooms. This is a cheap motel that happens to have truck parking. In March 2011 I travelled through Stansted airport. I did not receive a plastic liquid bag nor did I see any signeage whatsoever that I needed to buy one prior to clearing the queue. I had my liquids in a see through plastic wrapper I had found at home. I was told after clearing security and after a very long wait (20 minutes) that I could either leave security, buy a bag from the shop and requeue or lose my liquids. Our Chairman and CEO flew to Cape Town and back from Johannesburg on 20th April 2011. The flight nos are SA307 07H00 and SA354 18H30 respectively. While doing online booking we prefered Moslem meal(which means halal). But on the flight they were given vegeterian meal which ofcourse of not their liking. I had a credit for nerly $1000 with Alligiant, When I called a month ago, they said it was ok if I used the credit 1 week or so afterwards, since I did pay for it. At counter of Continental Airlines getting my boarding pass to New Jersey, and the one that will take me to NH (final destination). Also handed a blue card for me to pick up my luggage at first destination. Ive never seen this before, but did not make much of it. I recently booked a return trip from Durban to Johannesburg and i was very dissapointed at the lack of assistance i did not recieve especially after it was offered to me. I have two very young children (ages two and four) and I had my hands full with trying to carry hand luggage all the while trying to get my kids on board safely and finding our bearings. A month ago we took at Royal Caribbean cruise including the port of Jamaica. My husband and I had heard that the Sandals all-inclusive resort was fabulous. While driving from Ohio to New Jersey on March 6, 2011 (Sunday), I encountered a snow storm in Pennsylvania and the Quality Inn Milesburg was the closest hotel that I was able to get to. After arriving (almost midnight), I was told that due to the weather, there was no electricity on the 2nd floor and indeed, most rooms on the 2nd floor had no electricity.
