Hello, My wife's flight from Cedar rapids to Chichago (US Airways (Operated by United) ) was cancelled due to bad weather on April 19th, 2011. We got a call saying we had an opportunity for a free vacation. Several to choose from; 8 day 7 night stay, or a cruise, or two free airfare tickets with two night stay etc. All we had to do was come to listen to the sales pitch with Holiday Passports which is affliated with Holiday Travel of America. After visiting Arusha in Tanzania to visit local projects, such as schools and orphanages, I visited one specific orphanage where it became clear to me that Projects Abroad, an UK based organization (say Company), sends volunteers there to help at the home and school and stay with local host families. I contacted OneTravel to inquire about the fees I would be charged to cancel my airline tickets. We had booked through OneTravel, and their phone number was listed for customer service. I recieved a gift card from a friend because I am an avid golfer. The gift card is for $100.00. I've had the card for some time but I never gave it another thought because the card has no expiration date on it anywhere. ILX, Los Abrigados in Sedona, Arizona offered a Voucher(good for one year) for a train ride on the Verde Canyon Train for 3 Adults for a 90 minute tour of their resort. My wife and I completed the tour in Sept 2008 and recieved the voucher. upon moving in to the high adobe guest villa's Lana Rayburn requires a $200.00 cash deposit. After living there for 6 mos. They asked us to leave by telling us a lie that the room was reserved.
