Hi I have booked my flight tickets from KL to Singapore through website www.zuji.com.sg. I have been charged SG 257.98 for the tickets but the receipt with I have received from Air Asia is of only SG 182.44. On 25 April 2011 we travelled from Jhb to Bangkok on Flight TG 704. The first complaint was about the hotel. I was unsatisfied with having no privacy on the balcony and also there were waterbugs on the balcony. I travel to Myrtle Beach every year and this was the worst experience I ever had. It was not a hotel I stayed at it was a motel and it was not worth the money. Simpson bay resort, formerly Pelican Resort, shut down after failing to resolve labor issues.In my opinion Royal Resort engineered a takeover of the resort bought it at auction for pennies on the dollar and then shut down as of 2/20. I bought travel insurance based on the recommendation of my cruise agent. The Iceland Volcano interrupted our trip in April of 2010. I immediately sent a claim to TravelGuard by registered mail. My travel agent contacted them repeatedly on my behalf and got no reply. In January 2011, I asked by travel agent to try again. Finally, I get a reply from TravelGuard asking for the documents sent by registered mail in April of 2010. I purchased a ticket to travel from NYC to State College for the Blue and White game. The ticket was for a departure from NYC at 6PM. The bus showed up at 6:30 but there were not enough seats to accomodate all that had pre-bought their "priority seats" and so that was a mad dash for the bus. Thirty-five ticket holders were left standing without any explanation as to when a bus would arrive. At 7:45pm a bus finally showed up! We have been happy with our hotel stays in Mexico (the Villa Group) and so bought into their program. They use resortcom as their bookkeeping/collection agency. Even though I am fully paid up and have "paid in full" documents from them, They continue to send me bills, bother me on the phone and otherwise annoy me. My calls to them have been to no avail...They say records show I am paid up and then imply I am lying when I complain about continued billing. I was denied a room upon arrival at the Super 8 Motel on Horizon Drive in Grand Junction, Colorado. Many rooms were in fact available and full standard identification was provided even including an AAA Member Card and a Super 8 Rewards Club Mamber Card.
