I just recently signed up with this company about 2 months ago and so far so good. I can honestly say that i have nothing to complain about. My agent has helped my wife and I with all of our questions and did a very good job explaining everything. I have my Stormy Point timeshare with them and have it listed for $19, 000. On 10th march 2011 i boarded the flight EK385 from Bangkok-Dubai having booked Business class flights for my Husband and myself. When we took our seats the steward explained that the tv would not work as had a fault, this was not really a problem to us as it was 1am so sleep was more of a priority. Rip off house. NOT a 3 BR/3BA house. 3rd bedroom and second bath are in unsecured basement, only partially screened (useless) and is open to outdoors. It totally flooded when it rained so everything on the floor got soaked (all of our luggage since there is no other place to put it). I stayed at this all-inclusive resort alone because my boyfriend could not come due to his fathers health and his mothers state. We had bought the tickets about 2 months prior to our travel date and we confirmed them the night before our departure. When we got to the airport after waiting in line for about 20 minutes, one of their service representatives approached us and about five other families and told us the the flight was already closed.
