I attended a time share with a company in the summer and for my time was compensated with a Spirit Travel voucher for a cruise and associated airfare. I submitted the endorsed voucher first by mail and then two emails, then sent in a check for a deposit, and am now in the process of trying to get my money back. I flew to Mexico on the 11th of February and when I was about to go home on the 26th of February I did not have any reservation. When I arrived at the airport in Guanajuato Leon Mexico they told me that I was no longer "in the system". The room was not cleaned, the tawels were not changed, while is was unocupied from 8, 30 to 11, 15 and after 13, 30min. When asked in the reception, at 17, the receptionist, Mr Laurent was very unpolite and answered that the house keeping was out, asking me why the room was noot cleaned, that he will not clean it, in a very unnappropriate manner, as if it was my fault that the room was not clean, , not from them. I travelled to Singapore on Singapore Air. They are a Star Alliance partner so you earn Voyager miles. One would assume that when you book the flight and provide your voyager membership number, one would be credited with the miles. Basically we booked a room for 3 nights in Scottsdale. Thinking we were getting a resort, what we got was lied to and ripped off. This resort apparently has a normal pattern of booking the stay, and putting guests in another hotel with claims of being full. If the Scottsdale Cottonwoods Resort should ever do this to you, take them up on it and enjoy your visit somewhere else. I was to stay at this hotel for SXSW Interactive conference for over a week. My first full day in town, the hotel made someone ( I have still not been told who), keys to my room and I was robbed of pretty much everything except my clothing and toiletries. very arrogant people. My dad had a bad fall during a trip and fracture a rib and injure his spine. Mondiale Assistance offer him to travel in Business to be more comfortable but didn't want to upgrade my mother who also paid for the insurance. My father is 71, not speaking a word of english, not used to be without my mam and also in pain. The night of the stay my family contracted bed bugs. I am aware this is a difficult accusation to prove. We had a business trip to S.C. where I had stayed at the Red Roof Inn on prior trips. It was old, musty and dirty. BUT...they now advertised a NEW, UPDATED Superior King Room. It was billed to be remodeled, larger and complete with microwave, refrig and coffee maker. Okay, newly revamped room, that will work. WHAT A JOKE! It was the very same old, musty and dirty room with no micro or refrig because they said "oh, we don't have those here".
