I rented a 3 BR unit from this company in Feb & paid in full by May to stay the month of Sept. 3pm Aug 31 I receive a phone call that my unit is No longer available, the owner has pulled it, and they have No 3 BR. they advertised that their cabins had two king beds and a mountain veiw. that was not the case and when I called to get the issue resolved they were very nasty. i decided to call the BBB to see if they had other complaints. there were other complaints for false advertising and customer service as well. i would not recommend the to anyone else. i even recieved some emails from the owner that was not genuine at all she just wanted me to take my complaint back from the Chamber of Commerce. I recently checked into an Econo Lodge motel in Fort Myers FL. The room smelled like urine as soon as I opened the door, so I immediately went back to the registration office and asked for a refund. They told me the would not charge me card and gave me a receipt indicating I would be charge nothing. Two weeks later they charged my card for around $50 dollars. Purchased with this travel club on Monday, Sept 14. Tried to make a hotel reservation on Sept 15 and one week later, still no confirmation. I have been calling and speaking to the travel agent repeatedly and was assured it was taken care of on Friday and I would get an email confirmation. I was awakened at 3:30 in the morning by water dripping on me and the bed. One of the many patches in the ceiling had sprung a leak and water was dripping on to me and the bed. The hotel and staff were unresponsive. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There are several better options down the street and closer to the airport. read full review »

I bought a timershare (Worldmark by Wyndham) for $3, 000 on E-Bay from these guys. I paid through Pay Pal. I never receiveid ANYTHING from them. They only thing they have delivered in 3 months is excuses about how long escrow would take (6 to 8 weeks) on the time share; excuses about not being able to get signatures from the seller; and then excuses about how long a refund takes. I would like to bring to attention that i was refused to rebook a flight from Singapore to Bali booked 16/09/2009 to 17/09/2009 under the basis it was outside the 48 hour period for changing bookings. We arrived at Wyndham Riverwalk in Jacksonville for a convention, since the convention was at the hotel, we booked a rate for it for 3 nights, Thursday-Saturday night and we'd leave Sunday afternoon. The flight has been delayed by an hour. The attendant at the check in said "That's not very long, they're normally 3-4 hours late!" We gave Emirats air our baby stroler at the start of our trip back to the states when we got to Dubai airport thay told us we will get it in NY JFK when we got to NY we filed a missing baggage claim after we could not find our stroler. Ibooked a 1 night stay on 8/22/09 and was charged for 4 nights because there cleaning supervisor said we were there and she said she cleaned the room every morning for 4 days.
