Never have i seen this kind of scam. After phone calls to myshopperdiscount to discontinue the service that i did not request, and yet they continue to bill me for it. Someone should start a class action suit against this kind of fraud. The management and personnel as well should have to pay for this type of behavior. Malaysian Airlines Systems (MAS)
I was traveling from Malaysia on MAS to Tokyo to make a Continental Airline flight to Newark airport. MAS was overbooked and they rerouted me to London to take a British Airways flight to Newark instead. However, because of the incompetent fool at the MAS check in desk who forgot to send in the booking number to BA, the reservation was cancelled by the time I arrived with my daughter. We were delayed in Heathrow airport for 10 hours while transfer desk struggled to find us a flight out during the Christmas season.

As others wrote, we were approached in the Cancun airport by a ID carrying rep. working out of the Information Booth. For my $40 US they gave me a chance for "discount tours" at Xel-ha and snorkeling if I went on a 90 min. presentation. Long story short, it was 8 hours long, we had to ask for food as we skipped breakfast at our all inclusive. These people will not take "No" for an answer and ply you with alcohol to wear you down. Last experience: they don't charge you as usual and every where in local currency. So on friday, 5th february. In the ex Sofotel managed Grand Sukhumvit they charged my Visa Lufthansa Gold Card not in Thaibaht sondern directly in Swiss Francs at a Change from 29 instead of 31.

I rented a vacation condominium from November 10-12, 2009 on the Corpus Christi bay through the website "txcv.com". The company's name is "Texas Coastal Vacations".
The condominium looked exactly as advertised. However, anytime any water was run there was an overpowering smell of sewage. had my magazines and books thrown in the trash without my permission. Were more than 10 magazines and a book. I complained for two days at the front desk and nothing was resolved, no satisfaction or compensation was offered. I think it is wrong to upload a picture of cabin crew (and not a pilot) attempting to fly a plane. The picture might be in jest however the implication behind it to customers is far reaching. I want to know I am safe when I fly and not cabin crew who have not formally studied aviation and got a license to fly are behind the controls in a plane.(Wear the correct uniform or the hat or blazer etc)

After doing research and making a few calls to the companies they claim to be affiliated with, I came to the conclusion that this wasn't a legitiment company. I have had a charge for the 139.00 on my debit card that was not authorized then when I called and complained they refunded only 125.37 and the very next day same company but by the name TLG*ShoppersAdv 4803 charged my debit card the whole amount of 139.99. My friend and I bought the $99 Deluxe Cruise Vacation Passport that's supposed to be good for two people. They claim you'll only have to pay $29 - $129 per person in taxes and fees, depending on the cruise selected.
They require you to fill out a form online, then they mail you another form to fill out, then you get another form to fill out by mail... so that 3 forms that expire if not completed before a certain date.

Just a heads up to anyone who might be contemplating a stay here. Their website and ads use words like "clean, affordable comfort" and the like. The real facts?
This has got to be one of the most filthy, horrid places one could have the misfortune to spend a night in. The carpets are dirty, the bathroom is unfit for humans (a jail bathroom is ten times better), there is mold and grime everywhere. But for an added bonus, the fridge comes with hair. My flight QF566 from Perth to Sydney was cancelled due to engineering problems. After a couple of half started messages over the PA the instructions were to line up at the Customer Service desk if you did not live in Perth. I lined up as I live in Sydney and after waiting a long time was informed that the option was to take a later flight (leaving at 11.30pm) to Melbourne which would mean travelling all night and arriving in Sydney the next morning.

The Smartcard Machines located at Andheri Station - East, always have one or two strangers using the same. It has been noticed they pose as Railway staff or some authority given to them by the Railways. They try to assist and help passengers when there are long queues, but at the sametime it has been found there is some foul play by these people. Beware of Hotwire especially in the Lake Tahoe/Truckee area! Their areas are so large that I booked a hotel thinking it was in the Squaw Valley North Lake area (since I have a ski pass there) and they gave me a hotel in Nevada which is about 45 minutes away. If you put down Truckee, you could end up also getting a hotel in Reno, Nevada!!! This is crazy! We called a 800 number obtained through a google search for pet-friendly hotel in Fayetteville NC and a Comfort Inn was selected. The worst hotel on the planet. Billed as an extended stay. Day 2 of my stay I woke at 6 a.m. to get ready for work. There was no hot water, I called the front desk to see what was wrong, I was told that there was a leak in the hotel and a plumber would be here in a "few" hours. There are emergency plumbers everywhere in the US why wasn't one of them called? We purchased a vacation club product from Hyatt and are generally pleased with the resorts. One of the main reasons we chose Hyatt was the location of their properties. Last year, we fulfilled our dream of staying at the Highlands Inn in Carmel. We used 540 points for a 4 night stay in a 1 bedroom.

I was told there was only 2 rooms left in the whole hotel, as it was an event weekend. Contiki - Fiji tour
I went all the way to Fiji on my own for a Contiki tour which was cancelled due to bad weather. I was not informed of this and left stranded at the hotel on my own trying to figure out what to do.

Do you know someone in leadership I can speak with at ETourandTravel? I spoke with a representative last week and he hung up on me twice because I wasn't interested in paying an additional $200 to extend a $400 vacation package purchased on 2/8/2009.
