Purchased and prepaid for British Airways tickets from Flight Centre. Flight Centre stuff up bookings and failed to notify us in a timely manner of the stuff up, thus leaving an under aged child stranded in the UK. I stayed one night at a motel November 2009: Econo Lodge, 340 Upper Riverdale Road, Jonesboro, GA 30236, (770) 991-0069. I was severely hurt by bug bites while sleeping and had to seek emergency medical care the next day. And suffered for the next week. As of January 2010 there has been no resolve. it is impossible to contact anyone either by telephone or fax, After confirmation number for hotel in barcelona, I did not get any hotel voucher for confirmation. hotel staff does not know anything about reservation.
