They told me that the customer put down 20% of the asking price and that the arrangements were made all except the closing and title documents. 3 Star hotel?????...what a joke. Booked this over the phone obviously for a quick last minute trip to Orlando for new years on the 30th of December. At $60 a night I didnt expect a palace but at least adecent and with respectable people. The night we arrived, being the same day I booked it. What an awful stay i had at the Vic Inn. I will never go there again. I had stayed at Vic inn for number of months for one weekend On buisness trip. I was harrassed by Security and i can hear a party in the next rrom. Kids running up and down the hallway when they should of been in bed. Security blaming me for the noise when i am sleeping. Mid November I submitted a claim for 6 tickets I bought. at the amount of $7200. I sent all the forms. few weeks later the insurance company "TripMate" requested a duplicate of the documents I sent form my Travel agent. Only on Dec 30th My Travel agent got the communication that what is needed from him is the time he canceled my flights. This was the last data needed to finelize the case. My family and I we went to Attitash Mountain Village resort on vacation with an RCI exchange with Disney Vacation Club. -This resort is bad. No other words. Definitely not worth the price. Purchased and prepaid for British Airways tickets from Flight Centre. Flight Centre stuff up bookings and failed to notify us in a timely manner of the stuff up, thus leaving an under aged child stranded in the UK. We contacted Flight Centre and requested a refund within the terms and conditions of our contract. This is a letter to anyone who bought into Club Regina in earlier than 2001. when I bought two platinum memberships for $40, 000 cash I recieved a deed to two units in Las Vegas at Polo Towers and was assured I was also a Starwood Preferred Guest and that many Westins were included in my membership. We received two Vacation Days passport for attending a 90 minute presentation in Myrtle Beach, SC. I paid the supposedly "fully refundable" deposit of $29.99 online (www.activatemycertificate.com) and mailed the refundable $24.80 two day hotel tax & fee to their address. I am currently staying at your Miami Beach Hotel and i must say that this is probably the worst service i have ever received from any hotel i have ever stayed in. Not only is the service bad, the staff are rude and unhelpful! I have asked to see the Manager and I have been told that he will only be available tomorrow morning. My family went to beijing during the new for our wedding anniversary celebration. What we didnt expected is that only one night stay we have ened up in a car accident. We book a car from the hotel and appionted car came with kemspiki staff to escort us we expect it to be a safe journey with expert driver especially when we stay in a 5 star luxury hotel. I stayed one night at a motel November 2009: Econo Lodge, 340 Upper Riverdale Road, Jonesboro, GA 30236, (770) 991-0069. I was severely hurt by bug bites while sleeping and had to seek emergency medical care the next day. And suffered for the next week. As of January 2010 there has been no resolve. We arrived at the hotel expecting to have our confirmed cottage on the lake for our week at Algonquin. We arrived after a 14 hour drive to find they double booked and we were out of a room! They did not assist in finding us another place and we were left to find a place to stay on our own in the middle of August. This was beyond unacceptable . The staff was not helpful or gracious . My family and I stayed at the downtown/lakefront Chicago Embassy and didn't have issues until we checked out of the hotel. A pair of $90 shoes were accidently left in the hotel room. We called that same day and were told they had not been turned in yet. Was asked to call the next day and did so and still nothing. it is impossible to contact anyone either by telephone or fax, After confirmation number for hotel in barcelona, I did not get any hotel voucher for confirmation. hotel staff does not know anything about reservation. I wrote to the website contact to cancel, but I got no answer. It is as it does not exist anymore.
