I would like to bring to attention that i was refused to rebook a flight from Singapore to Bali booked 16/09/2009 to 17/09/2009 under the basis it was outside the 48 hour period for changing bookings. As it happens I left Bali to Singapore 14/09/2009 12.35pm and landed in singapore 1610 approx. by the time out of customs and to hotel found that my paperwork for visa was not through and would need to possibly stay extra day in singapore but woould be confirmed the following day. JetStar is a waste of time and money. My wife and daughter are flying to Sydney out of Avalon today. We booked the flight to coincide with my daughters nap time (she's 16 months old). The flight has been delayed by an hour. The attendant at the check in said "That's not very long, they're normally 3-4 hours late!" We gave Emirats air our baby stroler at the start of our trip back to the states when we got to Dubai airport thay told us we will get it in NY JFK when we got to NY we filed a missing baggage claim after we could not find our stroler. Ibooked a 1 night stay on 8/22/09 and was charged for 4 nights because there cleaning supervisor said we were there and she said she cleaned the room every morning for 4 days. We book a room 2 months ahead of time for mid September for Friday and Saturday and told them we were AAA members. (off season) They said fine and told us they had no regular rooms for the weekend. We booked a suite for 99.00. We had a group of 8 people thus 8 rooms. They would not give us our AAA rate because my wife did not have her card on her. While vacationing at a Marriott, 2 teenage boys climbed up to our second floor room and entered via the balcony. They stole numerous items, including ipods, nintedos DSI's, games, cameras, headphones, and liquor. Although their parents made them return our stuff and remained anonymous, th kids kept some stuff and returned our other things in poor condidtion! Picked up my bag from the planeside check and found the handle broken off. talked to the gate agent and was told "go home and file a complaint online". I get to the place I'm staying and look online, where it was clearly stated, file a complaint at the airport where your bag was damaged. Anybody got any idea's on this... my friends and i stayed at the hotel to attend a friends wedding on the Saturday. on the Friday night we went out to a local club, got drunk and were messing around at the hotel in the early hours. An antique table got broke during the messing. I stayed at this hotel and this hotel is out of character. The rooms are extremely to small. they advertise spacious rooms and there the size of the bathroom in my house. The housekeeping staff try there best but everytime I ask for things they never have anything. The General Manager is rude and needs some training on talking to his staff. I was browsing the hotel and they do not have any fire safety eqipment. When you take a shower the fire alarm comes on and they rush to make sure the fore depatment doesnt come and inspect. After you recieve the certificate, you have to send the $100 to activate your account and have access to the good deals that PTS is offering.
