Avoid this company. They are dishonest. They are impossible to contact. They lie repeatedly. False charges are tacked on for changed reservations. They claimed the money charged went to the airline. This went on for a year, even after the airline people wrote and I supplied One Travel with the info. The credit card company got them to refund a portion, but One Travel Cheapseats kept the bulk of the remaining charges, over a thousand dollars - all completely unfounded. I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Schaumburg, IL for 3 nights over Memorial weekend. I call it a staycation because I live 5 miles from the location. Our flight was not cancelled due to weather. I watched many, many flights on your airline and others take off. I checked with other carriers and all of the scheduled flights to Chicago were not cancelled. I would like to share the nightmare we experienced with Emirates Airline. My husband who is a national from India but married and living in South Africa decided to travel with emirates for a short holiday to India.
