I have a Waltmartmoney Visa/debit card I put $200 on it went on a trip when I went to purchased gas to return home it declined $20 worth of gas thank God I had an emergency checking account to get back home. When I got home and check my account on this card I had $65.74 still on the card. This card is dangerous from my experience. I called and explained my experience the person I spoken to hang the telephone up in my face. I called back the second person said a supervisor will call me back later. Suvana Airport Transfer
Before I checked with Complaints.com, I "stupidly" booked airport transfer service with Suvana. They have a website and it seemed legit. Then I read your complaints and realized what a mistake I had made. I called the customer service toll free number and it was disconnected. Then I called the direct line and a very rude Indian man answered the phone. He was a complete ass to me. I demanded a refund...he got beligerent. Just wanted to warn everyone out there who has an account with citifinancial or going to go there to beware!!! I know the legalities of a "no interest" plan but I am wondering if everyone else is aware of the ploy. The deal seems simple enough...you purchase with no interest and no payments for said amount of time...I personally always pay off the amount before the expiration date due to the interest. Renting an apartment in amalfi
I booked an apt in amalfi last week. unfortunately my travelling companion fell very ill this weekend and i had to cancel the booking 5 days after i gave a deposit. The website tells me that i am not entitled to any of my deposit back 230Euros. My holiday was booked for April 11-18th. I purchased a vacation package from Back To The Caribbean and at the time of purchase or on the contract there is no mention of cancellation. With the current economy, I called to get a refund only to find out that I am not able to cancel. I was never told that I would not be able to cancel nor is it written on any of the documents that I have received from them. Furthermore, my lawyer wrote to them and completely ignore the letter. I made a booking with bookinhotels.com which requires cancellations to be made 3 days before the 1st day of stay.
I then sent an email one week before the due date to change my booking as I was delayed by one day. I got a reply saying that a refund will be credited to my credit card account. When I arrived at the hotel I was told the same thing and I paid for the room again.
It is now more than weeks and the company still has not paid up. I sent 5 emails and received responses to all of them and the response is always the same:

This promotion claims that all you have to do is send them 29.99, which is a completely refundable deposit. They then send another form in which you request the dates & destination you want, but you have to send another 24.80 for hotel taxes & fees. They say it takes 30 days to process. Then when you don't hear from them, and call the number (866-292-0099)they tell you that you'll be notified 30-45 days prior to the dates you requested, that neither date is guaranteed. my son missed his flight then i rebooked in the uk using my card the lady at the time said my son could either pay in pakistan or i could make the payment so i did as it was easier when he got to the airport he had to payanother £100 so this was done twicw now and that staff member said he could get the payment refunded bnack in the uk from emirates. now they are refusing the paying up and ging all diffrent excuses not to pay up, im disgusted with such a big airline name they cant refund £100 wont be using then again does anyone know what i can do next. read full review »

I would like to make known my experience with Sunset Beach at the Hacienda Tres Rios Hotel. This was our first trip to Mexico and so we were not aware of how easy it is to get lured in by this type of company.

We have also experienced awful service from eDreams. 2 days ago, I tried to book a flight for my mother who was intending to travel from Budapest to Malaga. After checking the various options and availabilities on eDreams' site, I went ahead and booked the flight and eDreams deducted money from my account.

TicketMaster sends credit card info to its accomplice, Ent* Entertainment Rewards in Troy, MI and they automatically charge $9. each month without stopping and without delivering any product. They say that somehow when we ordered tickets there was a checkbox to allow this, but I always uncheck all contact boxes when making any online order. Other websites show hundreds complaining about their lack of service and ripping off the public. We tried several times to cash in on our "Free Accommodations" but never were able to make a Plan A reservation. We sent in our Vacation Certificate form, along with $23.95 to cover room taxes.
We tried requesting two nights in Palm Springs, doing our best to meet all the requirements. We provided 60 days notice prior to our 1st choice date. We arranged for a Monday arrival date. We did not schedule during a Plan A blackout period, which is one week before, during, or after a holiday.

After two years of having our yard dug up and sewage drained out on the lot we rent, we have decided to take out all of our beautiful gardens and flowers which took years to grow.
For two years now men have continually entered our yard (we pay to rent ) to say they are fixing the sewage line. They never fix it. They enter our yard unannounced any time of the day or night at least every two months sometimes once a month. Yes, I notified you last week, with a problem I had with Econo Lodge in Pittsburg, Ks...I feel I am being ignored by you.. My 4-month long reservation had to be cancelled the day before my stay date, because of an employee not making the correct update on the computer for our rooms.. I feel we should be compensated in someway.. We had 3 rooms, I had to find another hotel in Pittsburg on short notice and had to pay 20.00 more per room for those, due to the incompentence of an employee there..
