Misleading information when you book you flight, or when you cancel you tickets they refuse you credit back you money claiming is credited to the airline you book, they also do not disclaim all facts about the policies be very careful or in my opinion don't use them you end it up loosing money and time with them i now prefer deal with more respectful companies. read full review »

On 12/27/08 I checked into the Quality Inn and was supposed to check-out on 12/30/2008. We were forced to stay here due to a package "deal" we purchased. I sent a letter from my doctor saying that I would not be able to continue at the planet fitness in reading pa. They said they would put my account on hold still I wanted to come back. I started going to Aspen Dental to have some work done in Vestal, New York. At that time the dentist said there was an area of concern on my tongue maybe being cancerous. I have tried for many hours to contact Expedia by phone at 13 pence per minute and no one answers. I have written 7 e-mails and they reply telling me to phone. I have sent them my number and no one calls. I now face a loss of business because I cannot change a flight. I normally never use Expedia for my monthly intercontinental flight. I never will again. It is the absolute worse service I have ever encountered. A call to Expedia USA did result in a reply but they cannot enter the same system and cannot contact them on other numbers. I found this out on December 29th when i called to check my balance in the card for a purchase and the amount was only 11.00 dollars. I have since froze my credit/debit card and requested a statement from them just to see what was charged in total. I attempted to cancel this product within the timeframe stated on the website. However, it was impossible to get in contact with anyone via phone or email. I attempted stop payments through my bank; however, the amount drafted was different each time, so it was not successful. I am still trying to contact this company and working with my bank to stop these automatic drafts. Travel Partners accepted our Time Share as part of the agreement with the Platinum Program sold to us (plus a payment of $3, 700.00). This Time Share was to be filed in August of 2006 and has not been done as yet. Maintenance was promised to be paid by Travel Partners (Betty) and has not. This leaves our credit rating in jeopardy. We waited for Travel Partners to show for a court arbitration and they were a 'no show'. We again have a court date for February 16, 2009.
