When you book online with Days Inn, there is a "no refund" policy that is NOWHERE described on their website. I booked online and then immediately phoned the hotel when I realized I had booked the wrong location (Ottawa, Kansas instead of Ottawa, Ontario). I called the hotel and customer service but they said I had to pay for my mistake even though I called them within seconds of making the mistake. People who get an interview with this company should definately google the company and check out ripoffreports. There is not to many considering the customers(random ppl) dont look into it. I worked with them one day and we litteraly had to go door to door acting like college kids tryin to raise money for our schooling. I have a court judgement on my credit report that was paid in 2007, i tried to dispute it because it says that i owe it on my credit report, but MRC must have lied and verified that it was correct. when i know for fact that the account was paid in February 2007, because it had to be paid in order for me to get my drivers license back. I am not able to access my sify mail id, eventhough I type correct mail id and password. I think they are making me fool by displaying the error " You may be unable to access Sify mail services currently. Please try to login after sometime. We deeply regret the inconvenience.
