My husband is a frequent flyer on Emirates Airlines. He has a Skywards Card and Skywards is supposed to give him the points for each time he travels by Emirates. Found a charge on our business credit card for an alleged stay at a Travelodge hotel. No-one stayed there on the date in question. In fact no-one stayed any where around that date. After purchasing and having installed a new water heater the first year of use the tankless water coils burst due to cold weather. Water then leaked onto the control board. Bosch claims the warrenty does not apply not even for the board due to feeezing. Recently cancelled out of Hampton Inn Properties for using their 100% Guarantee if I am not satisfied with: Friendly Service, Clean Rooms, Comfortable Surrounding; well, Hampton Inn GMs with guest assistance decided I was using the 100% "in excess".
