On 12/27/08 I checked into the Quality Inn and was supposed to check-out on 12/30/2008. We were forced to stay here due to a package "deal" we purchased. I have tried for many hours to contact Expedia by phone at 13 pence per minute and no one answers. I have written 7 e-mails and they reply telling me to phone. I have sent them my number and no one calls. I now face a loss of business because I cannot change a flight. I normally never use Expedia for my monthly intercontinental flight. I never will again. I found this out on December 29th when i called to check my balance in the card for a purchase and the amount was only 11.00 dollars. I attempted to cancel this product within the timeframe stated on the website. However, it was impossible to get in contact with anyone via phone or email. I attempted stop payments through my bank; however, the amount drafted was different each time, so it was not successful. Travel Partners accepted our Time Share as part of the agreement with the Platinum Program sold to us (plus a payment of $3, 700.00). This Time Share was to be filed in August of 2006 and has not been done as yet. Maintenance was promised to be paid by Travel Partners (Betty) and has not. This leaves our credit rating in jeopardy. We waited for Travel Partners to show for a court arbitration and they were a 'no show'. We again have a court date for February 16, 2009. I bought aEverstar Dual Climate Wine Chiller at the HD and have had it for just over a year by about 1 month. It stopped reaching the temperatures needed to chill the wine. I was told at the HD that they have had many returned but since I have had mine for more than a year that they would not be able to give me an exchange or refund an I would have to call a tech to come out and fix it.
