A pPemier Credit keeps calling our number saying we were given as a reference by someone. They try to get our name and I told them I don't know these people that was "suppose" to give us as a reference that is when the rudeness starts. In the state of KY you can record a conversation as long as one party knows it is being recorded, which is me, and that is what I am doing. Within my 1 night stay at the Ramada the power in my hotel went completely out. My 2 children and i stayed outside for 20 minutes before the maintenance guy finally returned handing me a key and telling me i had to move rooms. I had a similar experience to "Disaster" on this website with AirTran in Atlanta on October, 2 2008 with my wife's bag that she has been using on many airlines without a problem for several years. They were not so rude as they were unwilling to bend on their judgement that the bag was too large. While they stated the limit was 61 inches and that her bag was 63 they was a sign on their counter that said 62 or less. We had the same experience as Kelly and Jeff Shafer with Villa de Palmar, Puerta Vallarta. The told us the same lies about selling our other timeshare and sold us a "studio, odd yrs" for $13, 000. We paid $3000 down on Sept 29th and the rest was supposed to be in no interest monthly payments. We got a bill for the full $10, 000 balance and I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone by email or phone. Gary Dudley sold us the product, but we also talked to the manager, Jimmy Munoz as did the Shafers. Do we have any recourse? This must be some type of scam, I never ordered these products, just ordered samples with the only cost being shipping and handling, they have been sending me monthly shipments of products too numerous to mention, and charging my credit card.I want them to cease and desist all further charges and shipments. On July 31st I entered into an agreement with NY Habitat for rental of an apartment at 340 W. 48th St. #3, NYC 10036 from October 11th through October 20th. I purchased a travel package on review for $249. This had a 30 day cancellation policy. I returned the package (delivery confirmed and received) 14 days after receiving it.
