I am looking for other people that have been ripped off my Mediak and charles sublett to join me in a class actions suit against this company. most days dsl is not available to me. when it finally does appear to be working it is for a very short lived amount of time. it works out to be available for my use to get on line or retrieve e mail far less often than it is not available. this has been going on for weeks. what gives and how are you planning to make financial reparation for all the lack of use of a non working dsl? don't even give me the option of having a service ticket or phone help. been there done that. read full review »

I suppose it was our fault for not checking the small print, but we missed a flight from Athens due to a (separate and independently booked) flight on a different carrier being canceled due to technical reasons. Stranded on a Greek island - not as nice as it sounds unfortunately! We were not covered (domestic flights not being considered public transport).The person on the phone was not sympathetic to our plight, merely stating, 'sorry sir you're not covered!'. They utilize highly expensive 0871 numbers for health screening regarding existing medical conditions. Long messages. Long periods on hold whilst CHECKING DETAILS!!! My advice is to never purchase an AXA travel insurance policy from AXA or Essential Travel, not now or in the future. Their policy was not worth the paper it was printed on. Select Insurance are part of IGAS & White Horse Insurance Ireland LTD. They have a clause (19) on their insurance policy stating that if you have any alcohol whatsoever and you have an accident & need to claim whilst still having alcohol consumption in your body your claim is invalid, this was not highlighted to me when purchasing the policy. Adrian Flux Travel Insurance never passed on my details so when I called for assistance I had none. I had no calls back to me after 24hrs so decided I had to make my own arrangements. I don't have a credit card so drove my car home from Germany and caused £13, 000 of damages. Ombudsman has confirmed Flux are at fault and awarded me £200 for a clerical error. I received a postcard that Travel Exclusive was going to be in my area and was contacting people who wanted to have an offer made oon their timeshare. Then you have to pay $15 - $35 processing fee to register each and every certificate with Vacation Getaways in Dublin, CA. Rogers Communications make it a habit of bilking even the most long-standing customers out of every penny possible. Their complaints department practice the art of bouncing you around from department to department giveing you no support until you can take it no more and hang up. I noticed the charges after a few months. My credit card company closed my account (credit only half the charges) and opened a new account with a new number for me. In April 2007 I responded to the advertising 9f DirectTV and alllowed a young man from out of state to install a disk. For a few weeks I was able to get the channels they promised. This travel agency is the worst place to buy any ticket from. The manager whose name is Naheed does not have any knowledge in the ticket booking. She is extremely rude and once you paid your ticket price she does not care anymore.
