We have arrived in the hotel at 11:00 am and were told that the room is not ready for check in until after 1 p.m. but we can park our car in the garage and gave us a pin number to park the car. I have told them that we will be back around 6 or 7 p.m. to check in. When I booked the room, the reservation clerk has told me that they have a shuttle to Metro running all the time. Lately the last SAA Express flight of the day out of Gaborone and Namibia seems to be 1-3 hours late in a business as usual fashion. Ft. rm .they gave me had a mildew smell, broken TV with no remote, water from leaky toilet on floor. Shower did not work.Second room had leaky hot water faucet. Holes in the very thin sheets. On 25 Setember 2007 I purchased a ticket from the SAA hub at JHB Airport for an amount of GBP586. The ticket was a fully refundable one way ticket from London to JHB, leaving on 13 January 2008.
