I was shopping today at The Home Depot on Rte 66 in Neptune N.J.& was appalled at the treatment my sister and I received from an employee named Jeanie. Atlantis Hotel Bahammas is the worst destination you can pick for a vacation. They have bad, expensive food, poor service, dirty rooms, and no managers to whom you can protest. Do not deal with this hotel. They will not help you if you have a problem. I had reserved two rooms for one night and another room on another night. I am sure I cancelled the reservations, but they say I did not, so they charged me for the 3 rooms, nearly $900. I never stepped foot in the hotel. I booked a return ticket from Delhi to Kulu and back through ezeego1 and I opted for Kingfisher airlines. Total cost came to 44922 of which I was entitled to a cash back of Rs 13080. This is according to their own executives after I called up customer care and enquired. Holiday Inn Select in Trevose, Pa is a franchise; will not work with you to issue a credit or refund if you book on line. Claim that "terms and conditions" are agreed to before entering their website and are binding/legal. Even if you have to cancel well in advance of 2 weeks, they will still not work with you to give you any help. Not only that but they book out your room and collect twice. Shame on the Holiday Inn. Yes there is a certain amount of personal responsibility, but if they can't act like other people who do the same business, they shouldn't do it. I got a confirmation email from then, then nothing. When I called them after 24 hours, like they said to do, they told me that they had no record of the reservation and that the flight was 66% more money. The email I got said that my credit card was charged and I was confirmed but that was a lie. They told me on the phone that was just an automatic email and didn't mean anything. Huh?!? I received a product from this company and since it was a free trial I did not think anything of it. Then I somehow was missing over 2oo dollars and my card was being declined everywhere (college student, not much in my savings). I received my bank statement that day. Chang Ziang hotel has changed names several time ( Sakura Garden, Princeton ). My Malaysian friends stayed in this hotel once and complained about the noise created during wee hours. The room smelled of damp bed mattress. The hotel lapse security or basic management to control privacy of guests... too many street prostitutes. They just enter into the hotel and touted my relatives for their sex services!! We complaint to the receptionist but then she just shoo away the girls without deploying staff to guard the entrance.
