I was cancelling my Verizon account when I noticed a $12.95 charge on my bill. Apparently, I acquired my account without my knowledge and when I asked how this happened, the person I was talking to, William, said that a certain Eric authorized the account. I told them they were sneaky and that this is unacceptable. No apologies whatsoever. They just gave me a confirmation number of the cancellation. I received a phone call from a lady named Kathy asking me to purchase a cheap trip package. They said that you would get 4 free airplane tickets. When the Package arrived they already have the area and hotel where you can travel to. They require 7-10 hotel stay Some of the hotels run $170-over $200 per night which is to expensive for me. I called them and explained why I was returning my package. They said to write a note why I am returning the package and gave me a conformation number. I have yet to receive a refund from them. Don't ever book with (bookIt.com). They overcharge you and miss lead you. I booked 4 days in Los Cabos and they over charged my about $400 more. I also booked for 4 adults and they ended up having to book 4 people in one small room with one bed and pull out sofa bed. Can you imagine taking a vacation where I'm at a resort and I have to sleep in a sofa bed? When I called the bookit.com about the booking they said it was my fault for not reading the fine print on what they have provided before I booked. Be careful with these site. My remodeling experience with the Kitchen and Bath Depot was very positive. I was pleased with the level of professionalism. They understood what I wanted in a kitchen and were able to design the perfect space. Their selection of cabinets and counter tops was also good. Basically it boils down like this. Because of the lack of, or rather non-existent communication of rules and regulation about flying into U.S airspace to customers, I had my 130.00USD Royal Salute Chivas Whiskey confiscated just as I was about to board the flight from HK to Toronto. I am a book club member. I began recieving unwanted emails from a man who "hijacked" the bookclub's members email addresses to advertise his "fantasy-role-playing" games. I advised our book club leader who, after MANY complaints about [email protected], dropped his membership. He responded by emailing me and calling me a "bitch." I have to make travel arrangements for my husbands business and am always shocked to see what Northwest charges for a direct flight from chattanooga to memphis. It cost 3 times the cost if i stop once. Airfares in late November are 1029.00 per person! Don't you think in these horrible economic times we should get better rates for a direct flight than a flight that stops and flies into a city that is not even on the way? I recently returned from a trip to Dubai. One of my suitcases never arrived at my final destination. The airline can't even trace whether it left Dubai airport. It was a suitcase with most of my expensive shopping. I suspect my bag was stolen since I opened it infront of a porter who are known to be lookouts to inform the baggage handlers which bag to steal.
