I just returned from the worst motel on South Padre, TX. The little Mexican boy was VERY rude when we had “issues” with the room. I went to Shop Rite in Old Bridge on Rt 9 North by the Ferry Roud. I wanted to get some cheese and ham for my family breakfast. I was very surprised when instead of thank you I got harassed by one of the workers for making they work hard for my order! the hole for the lace in the centre of the runner (#5HOLE) WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE STITCHING THAT WAS ABOVE IT. The stitching gave way and therefore, the hole for the lace is now open. The owner operator of this company is extremely unprofessional. She was intoxicated while on the property and was extremely rude to my party of four people. Jamie the maintenance man was also intoxicated walking around with a beer in each hand, he set a beer can down in front of our room and left it there. Well a few minutes later i received another text that said i will see a charge of $9.99/month for this service. Room very bad condition, 45 minutes to flush toilet, no TV control, walls, carpet, sink bathroom old and filthy. Reservations were made for my stay by a friend in Myrtle Beach and ofcourse his American Express card was charged several days before I have arrived to this motel. I want to let potential Korean Air customers know that the company cancels your whole reservation in case of no-show for any leg of the trip. Then, if you try to use any other part of your ticket, they tell you - at the airport counter! - That your whole reservation has been cancelled (used and unused part) and you have to buy another set of tickets. I have tried many times to find this website to redeem my promised rebate. The first few times I tried, it caused a Virus Protection program to pop up which I still have not been able to get rid of.
