I tried to call their 1-800# several times and was left on endless hold by an automated system. I searched the website and found them there. They are some kind of travel service. I have never heard of them and did not authorize any kind of membership. I have a trade with Interval International for 2 years. I have tried 3 times to get someplace I want to go. Upon our 3rd attempt to use the trade, the customer service staff told me I am on priority list and gave me a priority code in September 2007. As we approach the date, I cannot get customer service to respond to emails, I am now on hold for 45 minutes with no customer service rep responding, it keeps bouncing me between rings and music. Four of us went on their half hour tour. Three of us got good window seats, however, my seat was in the middle of two adult males. I was squished like a sardine between the two. The seat belt had no expansion. I am a normal size, thin woman, however the seat belt was so tight, it cut into me the entire ride. The boat takes you to Molokini Island to snorkel and see wonderful marine life. What they fail to tell you is that you are only allowed to snorkel in a tiny 100 x 100 foot box area marked by buoys!! For an island that is 400-500 yards long they will only let you explore a tiny sliver of the sea life that abounds. They lied to us about the value of our Las Vegas timeshare which they promised to sell for $12,000. We were required to list with Resorts Solutions (a partner in the scam) for $500. I kept reducing the price but it did not sell for $100. We were given 3 weeks at El Cid which we were told we could sell for $2200 each. Again, no sale at $500. We were assured that we bought enough points for a 2 bedroom unit at El Cid & other RCI resorts. I had a confirmed reservation on EK241 from Dubai to Montreal in Business Class on Feb.29 Emirates overbooked the Business Class and because of wrong direction from the ground staff not only did I end up in Economy Class but the ground staff kept my ticket and baggage claim for one suitcase.
