The Executove from Royal Resorts called me a couple of times offering a free voucher for 3night-3days. I thought about it for some time and when I told her that I was not interested on the 3rd or 4th call, she abused me verbally. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was refused an extension cord for my sleep apnea machine and told to go purchase one around the corner. I later found out that some of the rooms have outlets directly next to the bed but was never offered one of those rooms. The breakfast that was served was terrible. Cold hard rolls, orange juice and an instant coffee machine that dispensed globs of undiluted granules. Some of your employees are involved in commissioning with recovery agents. That is why they create problem in submitting cheques of customers & than with the help of recovery agents they try to harrash the client & recover money. It's my second time experiencew with your company that at the same outlet they create problems. I am your customer since 2 years & I always use to drop cheques at the same day of reciept of bill. I too have had a hard time posting my payment online for the last two months. In January, after spending at least 30 minutes trying to actually talk to a person, I finally figured out the problem. They rush you to sing with credit care, even if you have insurece, so they get pay ahead and if any thing goes wrong they won't pay you back. They don't show you a break down of you treatment and if you request one, you'll find charges like "materials" $3, 000. If you ask what are these materials they will tell you, we use the best materials but can't tell you what are they. As for dentist work. I was called at home and told I was chosen for a reservation for a travel package to Florida. I was told I had 15 days to decide if It was what I wanted. I received the dvd 2 weeks and some days later to review. I found out the whole deal was for purchasing time-sharing! Time-sharing was never mentioned to me at all until then. I stayed at the Rio hotel in Las Vegas this weekend with my sister in room 1866. We both got a major body rash from the sheets, and I beleave that the maid stole my meds, including my insulin, and perscription sun glasses. When I informed the hotel staff, they said that there was nothing they could do about it. Each room is assigned a maid. Each maid must sign off on every room they clean. In January 2008 I purchased what I believed to be only 2 adult theme parks. Anything else that was included would be free. The sales person I would say deliberately forgot to mention that my husband and I would have to attend a 90 minute presentation in order to receive our 'free hotel accommodations'.
