I arrived from KLM Airlines on June 30 to Dallas, TX. I got a receipt for delayed luggage on June 30, since last 7 days I have been calling them and no one returns calls, I called their number 800-745-9798 and all they say is they have sent a message. I heard by the sales staff this hotel was a 5 star resort, what I got was more than I bargained for. I've stayed at better motels 6's than this. I dealt with John Schwarz as well as another woman, both of whom were uncooperative and continued to procrastinate on my booking as soon as I had made my deposit. Their Stuffit line routinely damages archives when trying to drag and drop items in them. When one asks for help from customer service one gets the lame response that it is impossible to recover damage archives and that the user should always test before using. My complaint is about the airport its self rather than your airline, i flew from dubai into amsterdam on the 6th july 08. I scheduled a July flight back in May. Last week, I had abdominal surgery and was told I caanot fly (or do much anything else) for six weeks. Midwest wanted to reissue the ticket within one year, and with a letter from the physician, "maybe" waive the reissue fee. Sounds somewhat reasonable right? This describes my evaluation of Gate1's "11 Day Athenian with 3-Day Cruise" package in June 2008. Gate1"s contract hotels are not anywhere close to 5 or 4 stars, as advertised. I was an employee at the mandara spa downtown at the hilton. i just want to say that as an employee, i was very mistreated. but i wasn't the only one. The management there is RIDICULOUS! They play favorites, talk behind each other and employees backs and talk about personal issues that concern employees out in the open. On our flight in business class from Denver (11:26am MT) to Atlanta on July 3, 2008 I was in seat 3F. The headphone jack was broken not allowing me access to music. This is an official complaint against Hilton, Pittsburgh Hotel which violated the reservation guaranteed for late arrival per their own rates and cancellation policy. The staff at this hotel were some of the worst I have ever encountered. Days Inn charged $600 for our stay but also with-held $600 for using a debit card, without telling myself.
