Advance resorts of America Potlatch resort Laconner, Washington. At first look everything seemed good. Outdoor park tidy although seemed to have many puddles of water around campsites. The recreation room and showers are terrible. There is no handicap access to the weight room that I could find, the swim pool downstairs was nice, there are two hot tubs. Stayed here April 17, 18, & 19. First nite Diesel bus ran outside our door all nite. Next nite frat party upstairs, and diesel bus. Last nite diesel bus and party went wild. Boys holding girls over the balcony, by the ankles. Complained many times to the front office, but all woman said was that she wasn't the manager. Party broke up at 5:45 - 6:AM with a lot of screaming drunks as they left the parking lot. There were about 25 kids involved. It was worst experience at a motel ever. read full review »

Store Manager was very rude when I inquried about paying my account off early. If you pay it off early by phone you are charged a $15. service fee. How ever they did not send the statement to me in time so I could pay it off early by mail and have the payment in by the pay off date. The local store managers were extremely rude when I called to see if I could pay it at the local store. there are never enough check out lines open when I shop at the KMart in Lewisburg/Fairlea store. Ienjoy shopping there but this is always a problem especially if I'm in a hurry. I purchased a vacation package from Stacey Chriss and Ana Soto of Book One on Me. This package then was booked through GO GO Travel Agency.(Not known until much later). I paid for Disney Tickets; 4-Day Hopper passes for 1child and 5 adults. She did not provide the tickets or refund my money. I have to agree about cruise value centre. I have worked with a lot of travel agencies and just plain and simple once they get your money they could care less about you. I have left several messages with questions and concerns and just have to keep calling back finally I will get someone. I definitely will NOT use them again. When I finally reach Marsha I feel as if her attitude is saying why are you bothering me. If I hear one more time I am not really making that much money I am going to puke. Adventure Scuba in Plano, TX charges almost 3X's what it costs to buy snorkelling equipment. Go to Academy! The lady who owns the store aggressively tries to sell! Not knowing any better, I bought some snorkelling equipment from her. She told me I could use her pool to try out the equipment I bought. Then, when the equipment didn't work, she told me I couldn't return the equipment and tried to use the fact that I used her pool against me. It's crazy! i made a booking for a hotel in galway last thursday through this site but never received a confirmation e-mail. I received an e-mail saying i am now a member of the cheap hotels resort and can access my booking through the resorvations@cheaphotelsresorts with a password and my e-mail address. This did not work when i tried to do this. I rang the hotel in galway and they have no such booking in my name. When i checked my credit card the money was taken from it. We bought a package from Special T and saved for 8 months to take our dream family vacation to the Bahamas. Special T made so many mistakes our vacation turned into a nightmare. We paid their extra costs for the cruise but wasn't allowed to leave the port because they failed to inform us of necessary documents. Unfortunately we did purchase Blueegreen Resort points. We have never got to use them. We were also told that they would sell our other time shares through a place called Pinnacle. We were told that they just worked exclusively on time share reselling. What they don't tell us, is that it is listed on the internet and no human ever calls or tries to contact you, or tries to help sell your timeshare. Beware all of you.
