KLM / Northwest Airlines
My daughter flew on KLM from Newark to Tanzania (with a change of aircraft in Amsterdam) departing on Tuesday June 26, arriving on June 27 -- and her luggage never arrived. That happens all the time unfortunately. What shouldn't happen is to call the airline, be put on hold for an hour, then have the call cut off when a polite-sounding voice says that all of their agents are busy, "please call another time, good bye."
Outrageous and arrogant. I'm not sure how to complain to KLM directly. If you get through to KLM, please have them contact me. Thank you. read full review »
Country Club India, Bangalore
I recently bought a membership with country club and Paid 1,25,000 through my credit card which was provided by CCIL and HDFC tie up with a confirmation from CCIL that it would purely Interest free EMI's and no advance payments.
Now while I have taken the money from the bank they are asking me to pay 10 EMI's in advance to bank i.e. 45,000... while I have complained this to the CCIL Sales guys and his manager they state that they cannot do anything about it...

Country Club
I had a membership with this club after paying 10000 rs which i haven't used in the last 6 years and canceled the same more than a year back with out any recovery of the deposit. Despite this i get 3-4 calls every day trying to sell different schemes stating i am a member. For the past 6 months i have patiently told every agent calling that i am not a member & i am not interested. The call still persist at every possible hour of the say & night.
This is absolute harassment & infringement of a person privacy. Please take/advise action. read full review »
National Park Reservations
Don’t use this reservation agency. They are not affiliated with the US National Parks. They make reservations with hotels which the consumers can easily make without paying the 10% reservation fee. One my first call, they made the reservation with the wrong hotel (twice as expensive), which I discovered only after I got my credit card bill. After I called them back, they corrected the reservation (so it was with the right hotel) but double-charged my credit card. I made a reservation for jacuzzi room three weeks in advance. When we arrived the clerk gave me the keys to little smoking room, I had to ask for my money back and look for place to stay elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the tour agents hired by the Mayan Palace to sell their time shares. They are dishonest and will cheat you. We were stopped on June 28th by Jesus from Tourist Advisory as we were getting off our American Airlines flight to Cozumel. Motel 6 - Fife Washington
We recently stayed in the same motel 6 that we stayed in in 1995 and it was still a mess. The carpets were so dirty their was a black trail to the bath room and around the beds. Very dirty. They switched rooms for us and gave us a handicap room and the shower head came off the hose and for three days we had no shower. If I was you I would take my name off the bill board. I am so frustrated right now. My husband and I arrive at 8:00 pm for a flight out at 12:59a.m to Guatemala from LAX. Were were told that we could not be checked in until 9:00pm. So we sat and waited until 10 till as we saw the long line and figured by the time we got to our turn it would be 9. Then a gentlemen asked where we were going and we told him Guatemala, he then told us we had to get out of line because they were only checking in people going to Detroit. Park Royal Cozumel
If you visit a Park Royal hotel in Mexico, like the one in Cozumel do not go to the sales presentations for vacation clubs. If you do a search for Royal Holiday before you go, you will understand why. There is a warning by the United States government to beware of timeshare, and vacation club sales in Mexico and other countries. Just DON'T DO IT!! Please be very and I mean VERY careful when dealing with these people they will promise the world when selling you a timeshare package... them when the deal is done and you find out about half of what they have told you is not true and other half is about a quarter of the truth... I traveled by Lufthansa flights from Hyderabad (India) to SFO (USA) on 27th from India.Though we had asked wheel chair for me and my wife at Frankfurt airport we were taken in the small car inside the airport to our terminal from the alighted terminal.We were asked to shift to three such cars(we had knee problem and still we managed with pain and all), asked to walk few yards etc., and finally asked to sit in the waiting hall near to the flight no 454 to sfo. Last Wed morning , 20 Jun 07, I was on a bus No: 381, registration BX54DHP, in Canada Water / Surrey Quays area, with my 8-months old baby going to a play group. The driver was driving extremely harsh, roughly and sharply, so that my baby kept hurting his head against the pushchair bar and was crying because of the pain! (by the way, he was properly fastened with a 5-point harness). Went on the site to get first class tickets. I submitted my info and got the prices for the tickets prior to making my "offer". The pop so-called contract evidently was unclear or I didn't read it carefully enough to realize that they do not offer bidding on first class tickets.

My wife needed to travel urgently to her dying mother. We booked a flight about 6 PM PDT on 5/9/07 on Cheapoair's website. Total cost $1,276.20.
We received an email and called Cheapoair's number 212-478-0335 to provide confirmation at ~8 PM PDT and then again at ~11 PM PDT to ask if everything was ok. I was assured everything was ok and my wife’s reservation was ok. No one ever call us.

Best Western Carolinian in Myrtle Beach, SC
My mother, two sisters and I stayed in this hotel for a weekend in April. We were there two nights and it was still too long! When we arrived the employees in the lobby parking area were rude and told us to move even though we were parked right next to a sign that said "15 minute parking-check in only" and checking in was exactly what we were doing. I am writing to you to share my most recent and my last experience with Days Inn. I went on line to trip rewards as I usually do to book. I booked six rooms at the AARP rate. From the moment we stepped into the Resort, we were offered low class service. Once we arrived to the room, it was filled with worms over the kitchen, and bathroom floors, even on top of the beds! I traveled to France last November. I had bought my tickets in April 2006, well in advance. A month before my departure, I was notified by the travel agent that my return date had been changed to 9 November instead of November 8, this with no reason attached! The airline warns you that if you decide to change any dates of your trip an additional $200 per ticket will be levied. I have recently booked a vacation with Expedia.ca to Disney world, figuring that I got a good deal and how hard could it be? Boy was I WRONG!! There have been nothing but miscommunication, delayed responses and worst of all very RUDE customer service people. Was traveling by jet airways to kaulalampur from mumbai on 10th June 07. I was traveling by business class. I was given mumbai-chennai-kaulalampur routing. When flight landed in chennai, there was no announcement on what should transit passengers do. Indian train
I used travel frequently from Chennai to Kerala sometimes with out any reservation ticket. The General Ladies coach in Tvm Chennai trains are horrible and the ladies are traveling inside breathless without even having any space to keep legs on the coach. The travel is terrible during the festival seasons like Pongal, Onama of both states because students and working women travel mostly this time. We booked a vacation through Frontier Vacations to Cabo San Lucas. Upon arrival, the hotel would not let us check in because Frontier had not provided the proper paperwork. We spent 3 hours trying to check in. Although we had already paid in full, we then provided another credit card to obtain a room.
