I attempted to cancel my order BEFORE the items shipped and was told that it was not possible and that if I returned the items there would be a whopping 30% restocking fee. If this had been mentioned at all before my purchase, I never would have done so. My company operates a shipping department as well and it is absolutely possible to cancel an ordfer that is in the "processing" phase. On 1/11/2011 I purchased an hour glass using PayPal at the Hourglass Connection or hourglasses.com as of to date 3/30/11 I have never received the product. I ordered several items of clothing from this site as it seemed a perfectly normal website to purchase Abercrombie and fitch cothes. Everything seemed ok and I got a thank you email saying they'd dispatch my order and had received the money I paid them via debit card. several weeks went by so I contacted them to be told that they were out of stock so I had to reorder different items, which I did. Several weeks later, the same thing again...out of stock...reorder different items etc. I've asked for a refund at least a dozen times since and getting no reply from them.
