I helped my mother-in-law order from this site for my husband's Christmas gift, one of the movies we recieved was an animated version, I dismissed this as maybe I had pushed the wrong button. This company didn't send the product in the 3 - 5 weeks stated but in 8 weeks. They didn't give me my $15 referral credit for 4 months. Currently I am waiting for a pair of shoes, 7 weeks. On August 8th, 2010 I ordered hair care products, which I paid $87.80 (incl shipping). The goods never arrived. After tons of emails to which the company did not respond to, I tried to phone (am an expat living in Shanghai, China), no way to get to talk to a person. Terrible business dealings. They sent my sticker, which was full of scratches to my billing address instead of my shipping address. When I confronted them about it, they continued to blame the address switch on me. Customer is always wrong in their opinion. No attempt to make things right was made.
