I fell for her crap. She sent one item to me only months later. Then I ordered 3 more items back in early January of 2011. This is now Feb 8th, 2011 and i have heard nothing about my items. Except she wrote me two letters saying my items were on there way. I have not received them but she has charged my credit card. Her skeme is she doesn`t charge your credit card for the items for the 60 days after you receive them. I haven`t received anything from her. She never dates her letters. Trend Micro has done the double charging thing again. On Feb 3, they charged $250 US for a $116 purchase. They tried to lie and claim that the bank did it. I got the bank to remove the extra charge. Then, my new subscription had an expiration date of three days from now! I called for the third time today, demanded a supervisor and it took over an hour for someone to find a supervisor. I was promised a fix to the expiration date that has not happened yet. Plus the servers are down and the product won't update. If they don't fix it, they will probably delay a refund. These people told me that I had unclaimed money and that is was a large amount, I believed it because I saw it on the news. Then they told me that I had to make a one time fee of 3.95cents to them and accept a few of their vendors after I did that I canceled all the vendors and when i got my bank statement money had been comming out first that 3.95 then 29.95 four time in the same day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT OPTICS PLANET!!! They will be nice about telling you that their screw up will take days to weeks to investigate. The email went on to state that the boots were UGGS, and what the company was about. I thought WOW! This email was 01/19/2011. The money on my credit card was taken out on 01/19/2011.
