Like many of the people here I have the same complaints . I did the free trial and saw the charges for a new order right away. I have tried contacting them by phone, email and even mailed the stuff back prior to the 15 days with a letter asking for them to cancel. As i was having an abundance of virus popping up on my computer a pop up reasured me that all i had to do was pay this amount (29.95) and my computer will eliminate all bad viruses (spam) or even clean the directory. However, since the first time starting in May, 2009 an increase in spam was apparent and eventually my computer jammed.I had to go to Staples (costing me $450.00) in repairs to my tower. Metline tech charged my phone bill witout authorization thru enhanced billing service. They said this was ordered on line and automatically billed. I never authorized it and I called ATT and they blocked it off my bill. I called enhanced billing and they removed it but I was ripped off and dont think this is a legetimate business.
