Do not deal with ishopit.com who is the same owner as officetronics.com. The owner is a Korean owned shop by Philip Kim from Los Angeles. He has defrauded the American people for millions of dollars by selling used and refurbished goods as new. I am a music teacher in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. I was giving lessons for Amadeus. The few times I actually got paid, it was a struggle. I sent scathing emails to several people before I got a resposne. Now I am still owed for 7 lessons. I was completing an IQ test on Facebook's website and was asked for a phone number in order to receive a PIN - next thing I notice a $14.99 charge on my cell phone bill to Playphone, Inc: Ringers. I didn't accept any service, I didn't sign up or download any ringers. I was lucky that my cell phone company (Sprint) did reverse the charge and I have now blocked 3rd party access to my cell phone account. This is downright fraud - how can they attach charges to your cell phone and then require you to fight to get the charge removed? Ordered item 3/20/2009. They failed to tell me the item was out of stock, but billed my card. April 7, 2009, still no shipping information. I had American Express issue a dispute 2 days ago. They contacted me to let me know they would not issue a credit because I had issued a dispute AND THAT MY ORDER WAS ON HOLD. I would consider 17 days on hold regardless. They stated the membership bill would not take place until 14 days after I received the product. They billed me 5 days after I recieved the product, so I called to speak with a customer rep.
