It was the evening before Easter. I went in to Smart Styles in Walmart on Central Ave to get my roots touched up (blonde). My roots were grown out about 3/4 of an inch. For the past 2 weeks we keep getting a phone call from, an asian sounding man, a representative from microsoft windows 7 computor stating that we need to update the system and he always wants pertainant information. We keep telling him that we don't have a windows computer. I don't believe in this day and age that microsoft would be making phone calls instead of the internet. I placed an online order with this company on Wednesday, June 29th. I waited and was finally able to reach a person at their facility after 2 hours. I was then informed that they did not accept online orders for this facility. They further explained that my credit card was charged and there was nothing that they can do to help me. I have emailed their corporate office and left a message for the local owner and have not received any help. My card is still charged the $30. I bought a laptop for my daughter at christmas and the hinge broke from opening and closing it. I took it to a store to fix and they said that Hewitt Packer should fix it free since there was no damage to it. It looked like it was a bad hinge that was put in. I had an auto loan with First United Bank and I never had any problems with them. Our payments were always on time. Two months ago they sold my loan to CSC Logic INC.
