I bought 2 watches from this company, they stated that were exactly to what the picture showed. It came the case that it was not true. I don't know a lot about this company's products, but I will say I was not impressed by their business practices. They contacted me for a job interview, which I scheduled at their convenience. I decided to take my wife, daughter (who is 5), mother-in-law and her son (who is 8) to watch Rango at the Morehead Cinemas March 5th. The first weekend it came out. Buying car for my 22 year old son. When we would not accept their offer at Kia Carnival at Rivergate Mall finance manager got up from table and started screaming across the showroom "You just take yourself down the street to other car dealership and buy you one". At this point I told the finance manager he was a shame and disgrace and there was no reason to scream at us because we would not purchase the car. I purchased a 2 yr. warranty last Aug. 2010 and didn't need service till 3 mo. later. The 1-877 # is not in service. This company ACH Debited my bank account for 38.99. When I called with transaction number from bank for them to reverse it because I am NOT a customer, The Rep got very loud and rude with me and asked why I was calling if I would not give them my name and info. Ref. order no. GasBike35799 After waiting for an order for 66cc Grubee engine rings, I ordered again with faster shipping. The next day the item came and I cancelled the second order. The order is listed online as cancelled and I have been told by two separate people that I would receive a credit on my debit account but nothing has happened yet. They do not answer the phone anymore and have not responded to many emails requesting assistance. My experience with Cardex, now Pivotal:- 5 months after the contract expired Pivotal withdrew over $10, 000 (Over Ten Thousand Dollars) without consent. To be safe one has to close their bank account immediately to avoid having monies withdrawn. (Open a new account where Pivotal does not have access) In my opinion Pivotal encourages wholesale theft and is not the least bit concerned as to whether their dishonesty forces a company out of business. I feel Pivotal is a Snake Oil Outfit and should be avoided. My 17 year old daughter and her best friend fell victims to these internet sewer rats. My daughter goes to school full-time and works part-time as a clerk in a department store to support her modeling and acting dreams. It nearly caused a fire at home, point to remember, Don't Leave Unattended Electronics Batteries/Chargers...Can Explode.. The long of the short of it is after several times closing the account, over the course of three months multiple phone calls and numerous e-mails they continue to charge my Paypal account. They claim to be working with google to boost your website. They ask you for £125 plus vat for one month and within three days you should start to see your website ratings improve. Highly unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them with my valuables! I have had 2 neighbors in the last 6 months complain about their unprofessionalism. Their movers speak very little broken English. They damaged several items. Today they were moving another neighbor and blocked my garage and entry way. I asked them 3 times to move and they refused, they said that they would be done "soon". I bought items from this seller on 7th May 2011 and paid using Paypal. I have not received my goods. They do not answer telephone calls or emails. Trying to open a dispute with Paypal but as seller asks you to allow up to 28 days for delivery this leaves little time to get a dispute up within the 45 day deadline. I just received a settlement letter from Afni. It says they are attempting to collect a debt for $700.41 for AT&T Mobility. I knew it was a scam when the phone number doesn't work and another fact that I have never had AT&T mobile and the letter says AT&T Mobility. The letter is dated 06/04/2011. I have just found out that I was billed three times for a single booking for a Qantas flight. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a Qantas representative in Australia who was unable to sort out my problem as all the credit card information for US booked flights is taken care of in New Zealand. Of course the New Zealand office was closed forcing me to wait. Meanwhile, my account is overdrawn incurring fees, my rent has bounced incurring a late fee. Vehicle with less than 5, 000 miles, less than a year old to be repaired. Was quoted it would take 17 days to fix it (2.5 weeks or so) but it took 8 weeks!! AND IT"S still not fixed!
