BB&T Bank in Fairfax, Virginia stole $10 from me for "checking account maintenance fees" after I opened a no fees account with them specifically for the reason of avoiding fees. They did this to me by switching the terms and conditions of my checking account without properly notifying me they were doing so. My account at BB&T was only worth $84.00 so this $10 "maintenance fee" amounts to a 20% assessment!! I had left the account open at BB&T since they told me I had to to keep my Safe Deposit Box there. Just finished filling a complaint on the BBB against this company. I purchased a printer at the Office Depot a couple months ago, also bought the "Replacement Plan". My printer was broken so instead of allowing me to go to their store to get a "replacement" they tell me to ship my printer. Took my Greyhound there because I suspected ringworm. My usual vet didn't have any appts available that day which is why I ended up there. In 2008 my son bought 1 time ring tone. He never recieved the tone and the company has been charging my account 19.99 per month since 2008. I have tried to cancel this transaction with my bank to put a stop payment on that dollar amount, then telecom will change the dollar amount by 1 penny. On July 31st, I placed a $2500 deposit for a door to be delivered within 6-8 weeks, the company has failed to meet this deadline and is now stating that they cannot obtain the purchased door as they no longer dealing with the manufacturer who make the purchased door. Ive paid full price on 4 phones 9 month ago as I did not want to sign a contract with a phone company. Eventually I've got a 5th phone, which was a 4G phone, so I signed a 2 year contract for everything. Complete scam. They are selling knock-off clubs that they call OEM. I received the club I ordered and it is not an official Taylormade R11...it is some type of a knock-off.
