Last time Schneider was out my iPod dock was damaged and no longer works. I had the repairman return to look at it he said they didn't do it, argued with my fiancee who saw him place the TV on the iPod connected to the dock (my room mate also saw it), and left. They advertised a service call fee of $24.95 to check the air conditioning system. Martin Garcia arrived, opened the condenser unit and closed it. Went to the electric service board and switched on the breaker for the A/c and it started working. Someone must have switched the breaker off. Anways, Martin insisted on charging me $85 and became belligrent so I decided to pay him $65 just to get him out of my place. He refused to consider that he had advertised a service call for $24.95. I purchased the Paula Deen 12 qt stock pot at Walmart about 4 or 5 months ago. It was a GREAT pot for making large batches of soup and I was very happy with it until this morning. I left it soak in soapy water overnight after I used it yesterday and woke up this morning to find a big flaky spot in the middle of the bottom of the pan. I'm just giving out my conclusions of what I think of this so-called "business". I had some unpleasant experiences with The Pisa Group in Richardson, Texas. I think the managers are backwoods country bumpkins with sour and prejudicial attitudes. Netflix advertises unlimited downloads of movies and other programs directly to your TV. However, the programs available for this are extremely limited. You can't even download most made-for-TV movies or documentaries. Additionally, the available bandwidth is pathetic. I can watch programs uninterrupted with my DSL Internet connection anytime except in the evening when usage is high. Then, you wind up waiting almost as much as watching. Golds Gym owes me $100.00 because they have currently debited 2 MONTHS worth of payments out of my account when I cancelled my account 3 months ago. They are RUDE, the don't return calls, and no one there will take responsibility for their poor actions. We have some paperwork that needed to be filled out in order to get short-term assistance with rent. The regional office refused to fill it out. Leaving two veterans possibly out of home and living on the streets. There is also a 16 year old in the home who is trying to find a job. One veteran has social anxiety so bad they cannot go out of house to find work. Other has bi-polar and works at home, but is not able to work full-time due to illness. We ordered over $12, 000 of patio furniture on March 24, 2011 and was promised delivery within 4 weeks. The salesperson said the furnitures were in stock and they gladly took my down payment. I had the great pleasure to speak with someone in your customer service, also with a supervisor, and pharmacist. Freightquote.com is very dishonest, they give you a quote, pick up your freight, deliver the freight and then 2 weeks later change the price and say it is not thier problem the class was put in wrong and had to be changed and carrier they used went up on the price. A relaxing time turned out to be a nightmare. The couples massage in a room not fit for the two technicians. Moving the massage table three times with the customer lying face down. Asking the customer to remove clothing and place it on a chair. No showers or dressing gown available for the customers. One technician was coughing during the entire event.
