I ordered a baseball jersey and upon receiving it, knew immediately that it was a fake or a cheap copy. I have been trying for over two weeks to get them to send me return information and they will not. Their website clearly states that you can return any item for any reason, but when you try and do so, they make excuses and will not offer a refund. Placed an order, website shows order as processing, for 6 days. After four days called customer service and was told items were being shipped that day or the next. On day 6 told it was on the dock waiting for pickup. Paid $15 for shipping and it hasn't been shipped. I work for a public authority and came into contact with person who appears to have been scammed by this "company". Payment via Western Union was required in the form of two initial upfront repayments(!!). Suffice to say no loan cash was received. I guess it was a new service at the time and they told me that I could try it out for a month or two and if I didn't like it I could cancel at any time. It would be 15 dollars a month. Last week they did me the great service of replacing the defective decals from a kit of theirs, after I had set about getting replacements for some missing parts from the same kit.
