This was the worst experience of online shopping I have ever had. My son purchased a magazine form the Kapowwe which came defective and never worked. First, you cannot speak to a human being. They will not answer the phone so if you have a problem, you can only email. secondly, after I returned the product and they sent me a new one they would not reimburse me for my shipping costs. Their website is confusing for returns and there is noone to help you if you have questions. We purchased a 2007 Honda Civic from Gerald and a salesperson at Port Motors. We agreed on a sales price, that they would detail the car, and place new tires to replace the worn. Had problems with my Toshiba Satellite laptop having upgraded to Windows 7 approximately 10 months ago. Toshiba tech support recommended I do a system restore and reinstall the original operating system. I bought the L'oreal Paris hair dye to make my hair blonde. I had a strwberry color hair and figured this color would change my hair rather easily because the name of it was super blonde. Over the last two weeks I tried to purchase tickets two different time for the the San Jose Sharks playoff games. Both times I placed the order, my credit card was charged and then about 30 minutes later I was called and told that the tickets were not availible. I bought a set of struts for my 02 Dodge Intrepid from this company on Mar 1, 2011. The first indication of a problem was that 2 of the upper mounting bolts broke upon installation (they were properly torqued, with a tried and true torque wrench).
