I have had the same issue as others whom have filed on this site and the company stated 7.95 for a introductory offer instead of a supposed 149.90 which they charged on top of the 7.95 and subscribed me to some 17/month fee for some membership i was completely unaware of. My hearing loss had increased to the point where I needed hearing aids. I got tested, established my hearing loss, and got fitted for hearing aids. The "Professional" that fit me convinced me to buy Oticon Vigo Pro digital hearing aids. I have had them 3+ years, and they have never worked right. Units have been replaced, speakers replaced, and so on-to no avail. Please don't spend $3800 foolishly like I did, but another brand if you can find one that works. This company is shifty. I returned some costumes eligible for a REFUND. They issued me a store credit. I had to send several threatening emails before I got the refund owed to me. In December of 2010, we hired United Duct Cleaning to clean our air ducts. The service they performed was poor. When leaving, they drove over 2 expensive landscape bushes. 2 months of trying to communicate with UDC along with the submission of a replacement cost estimate, have not provided any meaningful response or resolution. Our legal system never ceases to amaze me. We had a non-paying tenant occupying our property that refused to pay rent and actually claimed that our property caused damage to her health and priceless personal items. Went to court to formally evict said tenant and paid substantial fees along the way. Won our case, tenant finally left, still has not paid and now have learned that more time and fees are involved with trying to collect the money awarded from our case. I purchased tickets online with LOCAL TICKET. I was charged $27.00 for tickets that cost $15.00. Bought a Franklin recliner from American home furnishing in July. had it replaced within two weeks, with same chair.by December that chair was falling apart. I paid £146.99 for a 2 seater ride on for my boys for christmas they loved it. We used it twice and it wouldnt work i had it in my kitchen all the time.
