ELK is very good at marketing and responds very quickly and efficiently to new potential clients, but when it comes to delivery, they are shocking! Over a period of two and a half months they have made numerous appointments to come take final meassurements and then never pitch up (after you have moved your appointments to accomodate them). Just arrived home from a wedding that turned out bad after my PA'S digital camera got stolen at a wedding at the Bryanston Country Club. All at the table were family and friends. I placed a take away order from this restaurant a week ago and right before I left the house to pick up the order I heard the death of a close family member. So, I assigned a friend to pick up the order and that person showed up after few hours without it. I went in to get a cut, color and eye brow wax. The girl that took care of me said it would take approx. 2 hours. I was there for 5 freakin hours! Then, my hair didn't look anything like what I wanted!! It was almost an orange color on top! The company name is "Juliet & Company", they advertised in Real Simple magazine and I purchased the Dahlia bracelet on line in May. I returned the bracelet in June, never was refunded so I contacted their customer service department via email. Was contacted initially by a representative, Robyn Dahl. Waited a month and still was not refunded. Sent another email to customer service, received no reponse, sent another email, still no response. My auto insurance company allowed me to get a medical device from Axiobionics after my car accident. This is a custom-made garment and it has some electrical gizmo that helps with pain. And I will be able to use my arm more. I met with the head of the company, who evaluated & measured me for the device.
