I bought a brand new 2009 Lexus RX 350 from Kendall Lexus in Eugene Oregon. After taking delivery of the car I noticed a problem with the transmission. I am receiving unsolicited calls from Card Holder Services. I receive at least one per week at my work landline phone and my home phone. The caller ID number is never the same number. I brought my diesel tuck in for a hard start. They made me change the FICM (fuel injector computer module). Truck came out of shop running rough after 30 min of service. Even though my 90 year mother's local phone service was turned she continued to receive bill from Qwest. When the service was cancelled via phone call she was not told that she had to contact the long distance provider seperately to cancel the service. Gas stove central burner shoots up a flame 6-inches high! It looks like a Bunsen burner from chemistry class. - And that is on the LOW setting. When used with the outer ring it shoots up 8-inches.
