I was contacted by this company for an extended auto warranty by USPS. The initial warranty information never mentioned anything about worn or burned parts resultin in a denied claim; however, after I had already signed up for the warranty and provided my debit card information for automatic monthly deductions, I received a handbook with these two terms listed which would cause a claim to be denied. I called transmission king in Loganville, ga. and told them my van transmission was slipping in 3rd gear and I was told by the owner Chuck to bring the van there and they would check it out for free and call me with the problem and price to fix it. Had a water pump put in my vehicle at the Old Bridge location. They misdiagnosed the problem (it was not the water pump). One year and less than 10, 000 miles later, I had an antifreeze leak and broke down. I had the nearest repair shop fix it. It turned out to be, the water pump and a new one was put in. They damaged both of my 2011 Toyota Sienna Minivan and my 2001 Hyundai Sonata transporting them from North Carolina to Oregon resulting in over $1400 in damage.
