This company didn't send the product in the 3 - 5 weeks stated but in 8 weeks. They didn't give me my $15 referral credit for 4 months. Currently I am waiting for a pair of shoes, 7 weeks. At 6 weeks they said they were in the warehouse ready to ship now at 7 weeks they are no where in site. You can not contact them by phone and they send out automated responses to emails. I helped my mother-in-law order from this site for my husband's Christmas gift, one of the movies we recieved was an animated version, I dismissed this as maybe I had pushed the wrong button. I got rockband and decided I needed two guitars which I ordered from gohastings.com First of all they did not arrive at the same time, second off the first one recieved was a guitar hero guitar!! computer keeps getting viruses that try to sell me anit virus software... and when I do not buy the soft ware the computer crashes and will not allow me to re-enter any of program. I have had my computer serviced and they could not find any problems. When I went back on my e-mail accounts... it was then, that the computer did the exact same thing!! It comes up as "System Tools" and tells me that I have 38 viruses... which the Computer Tech confirmed that there was NOT any viruses in the computer. Hitupmyspot has stolen graphics from several graphic makers on Livejournal by going to their photobuckets and stealing premade graphics. The site doesn't provide any contact or ownership information and claims that all the graphics on there were made for them. They lie to you about not taking money from your account and lure you into signing for free for five days. you're not informed about cancelling after 5days and then they take money from your account. When you call the number given, you speak to a machine which tells you there are no refunds available. We ordered a set of Smartware Bakeware from Slymark in Hollywood via a TV ad by Chef Tony. We never got to experience the delight Chef Tony showed on TV. We ordered one set, but they shipped two. We had bought the tickets about 2 months prior to our travel date and we confirmed them the night before our departure. When we got to the airport after waiting in line for about 20 minutes, one of their service representatives approached us and about five other families and told us the the flight was already closed. These people are a SCAM! I have been paying $59.99 x 2/month for over a year. The first claim I had was for a Tahoe AC compressor. They are denying it. First they wanted to know tire size. Then they asked for maintenance records which I provided. Then they said those were invalid as they didn't have the payment method, and the vehicle VIN. I bought a warranty for my car in 2006, did all the requirements they suggested for the warranty to go in effect. In 2010 my car ran hot, had it towed in call the warranty service thety told me to take it to a dealer have them notify the claim department. They finally got back with a fax after the shop faxed them all the information about the problem, saying the claim was denied. The Hart Lane Testing Center in Nashville maintains a reputation for headaches, long lines, and the never ending waiting game. Your choices are to wait no less than four hours or to wait in line at 6 am, two hours before they open, and be able to leave an hour to two hours after opening.
