They charged my credit card and never sent my order. Each day they told me it would arrive the next day. After weeks of this, they finally said they'd reorder my order. I said no thanks and asked for a refund. They acted like it was no problem and refunded me. I waited a week or so for it to show up (they said it would take 3 business days) and it never showed up. I finally called my credit card company and they said there was no record of them refunding and I initiated a chargeback. Such a waste of time. This judge allowed my daughter's foster family to hire a lawyer to testify for them in our child custody case, even though foster parents were not supposed to be party to the proceedings. Got 3 quotes and theirs was the middle one. Paid over $14, 000 for a new roof with some deck replacement. Owner was not on job site until end. One roofer fell through our cathedral ceiling and damaged a keyboard. They reduced price for the damage by $2k which was appropriate. However, they did not supply what was promised, installed what was promised wrong and used poor construction techniques. bought a $1800.00 oven ts series three years ago...now I know that Maytag did not make the oven igniter switch...but boys you better start buying from a better manufacturer. Parts plus labor $200.00.

I purchased my Blu Ray player from Sony to play DVD's and to download movies from Netflix. I got much more than I bargained for!! I joined GOLD'S GYM Allentown, PA. I signed a contract with them for ABC to debit my credit card for a monthly fee. The facilities that I was using was constantly dirty and the equipment often times was broken. It would say out of service and would stay that way for a weeks on end. I bought me a Pay Power card and everytime I call to get it activated the phone is "busy!" So then it says I could activate it online, well I try doing that, and its says that it needs my driver's license and my proof of address faxed! Why must I ask, oh I cant because the phone is busy! When I confronted them about it, they continued to blame the address switch on me. Customer is always wrong in their opinion. No attempt to make things right was made. My wife and I leased a Nissan Armada from DCH Nissan in Freehold NJ. When we leased the vehicle Gary and Eric (the sales staff) pitched us a prepaid maintemance contract for the 39 month term of the lease. Cost of the contract was $1, 600. We had three specific questions: 1) Does the contract include the use of loaner vehicles, 2) Since Infinity is a Nissan Company can we get our service at an Infinity dealership that was much closer to our house than DCH Nissan, an 3) Does the contract cover the cost of brake replacement.

They only had two equinox's and both had silver titanium so for the first time in 60 years, I ordered a vehicle from the factory. I chose cyber gray metalic exterior color and jet black cloth seats. They were behind me until i paid the tax filing fee promising that they will e-file tax documents immediately after receiving the fee but after receiving the fee they never filed the documents.
