My horrible experiences with IMS I opened a store(women's boutique) in June 2009, I was new to this country.I needed merchant service for the store in order to charge credit card. I called the IMS company, the sales person told me they charge only 0.5% for the credit card services, and the machine cost over $3000, they can lease it to me. I placed an order with Sportsman's Guide on February 25, 20011 via their internet site. The order was for 9mm ammunition. The website had 500 rounds of 9 mm 115 - gr. FMJ Ammo listed for $11.37. I placed the order, received a confirmation e-mail from the company a few minutes later, and now the company will not honor the order. The company charged my credit card for the order to include shipping. I have the confirmation e-mail from the company and a screen shot of the website with the order. This place is a big scam. They killed my two year old German shepherd dog. My dog was a healthy and weighed 92 pounds when I left him in there care when my dog died he weighed only 70 pounds. That is pure neglect!! We went to this trainer a few times before leaving him with this guy and he was always so friendly and acted in a professional manor, then as soon as we left our dog with him he couldnt even feed and water the dog, he killed the dog. I recently contacted EPS requesting to be refunded an $85 Annual Fee charged to our bank account on 12/03/2010 because, although we initially explored using them as our payment processor (more than a year prior to this annual fee being charged), we advised them at the time of our intention to cancel, and never proceeded to do business with them. Quit going to both Subway's in Allen Texas. Bad employee skills, and produce was old e.g. lettuce looked bad etc... Whoever owns these locations should be fired! However, strange that Broken Bow, Oklahoma is better run in a smaller market, than Allen, Texas. Purchased a Cosmetic laser machine from American Medical. They were paid $34, 900 via wire transfer as they requested April, 2010. After several months, we still have not received the machine. All we have received are empty promises that machine is on the way, followed by promises of a refund. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. I purchased a device with multiple handpieces from Frederick Clay Keith of Cosmetic Laser Store aka Clay keith also owns American medical Equipment in Destin Florida. I have still not received 2 of my handpieces as promised. Clay does not return phone calls or emails. I am located outside of the USA and feel I have been scammed. Contacted the K-Designers several time, and I was told that they would do their best to fix my windows. It has been over 9 months and they have yet to fix the windows. I frequently get calls from there telemarketing department and when I complain about there services they do their best at relaying my issue. The last time I was contacted, after explaining the situation, I asked to be removed from their call list. the representative then told me the reason the windows had not been fixed yet was because of my attitude. I was contracted by Service Check to perform a mystery shopping assignment at the Classic Cinemas in North Riverside, IL. Instructions were provided. One of the instructions gave me a choice to either go refill my beverage or refill my popcorn. I choose to refill my beverage. I received a call for David Lopez of RMI stating he had buyer for my timeshare who would pay $16, 000. He stated he needed $1950 for legal fees (title search, transfers, etc). He said he need a credit card number for this fee. He never mentioned that this was a advertising agency and never mentioned I had 3 days to stop the deal or to change my mind. Wow, took over 3 weeks to receive a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Said they had to come from Italy. Yes, I understand the sunglasses are made in Italy, but when I order something from Banana Republic I’m not waiting for the product to get here from Turkey. I have more to say that isn't positive than just this, but this should be enough to help you make a decision...I have multiple pieces of furniture slightly damaged and 2 pieces that are significantly damaged. I have called John Albert 6-7 times in regards to this issue only and have left voicemails every call. I have not recieved one response in how I can go about claiming damaged furniture. they will tell you that they provide long distance service and charge you for it when they do not have long distance serive. after calling to complain for one month i finally found out they don't even have long distance serice. when i signed up they told me they had long distance service and charged me for it. everytime i called and complained about the service they had another excuse why it doesn't work until i finally found out that they don't even have long distance. they will charge you for it so, and you can never get your money back. read full review »

Note: Contractor is referred to as “DV” in this complaint. We hired DV to renovate our basement beginning in May 2010. His business is located in Purcellville, Virginia. My graphics card died after only 6 months of minimal use. I went through the lengthy eVGA RMA process only to receive another. It came in a professional looking box, but to my surprise when I opened it the card was in an Unsealed Bag with the label ripped off, Scratched and with Greasy Finger Print Marks all over it. I am so angry with buds gun shop. They are the hardest to get a hold of. It is just inexcusable. They have two service reps. One for existering orders and one for new. It is always possible to get a hold of the New Orders Rep. Never for the existing. NEVER Try calling their phone number. I had to wait 90 Min and still didnt get to talk to a human being.
