I signed up with Dish Network on 12-9-10 it cost me 124.78 one time fee, yet my bank account was debited by infinity dish on 1-06-2011 for 49.95 which was absolutely NOT authorized, nor had I heard of them until this happened. I have filed a Claim of unauthorized charges, which also included having to have a new Debit card issued, I am Disabled and on limited income and this has cuased an extreme hardship. We had our child in this nursery school for 1 year. The fees are exorbatent, the kids get fed very small portions. This is the most pathetic service I have received from any car dealership. Nevermind that this private school has crappy old-ass computers that run at the pace of a slug, has no real library, no real gym, and the principal was never a teacher and the only experience she had was tutoring, this "school" will prostrate itself to keep the cash flowing. Pegasus Scientific which is owned and operated by Scott Behrman is a scam. We ordered a piece of equipment which they said was in stock, paid with company check and never recieved the item. The company has disconnected their phones and gone out of business. We have reported this to local authorities and have been told the company is running a scam and ripping off many consumers. Heard a radio commercial advertising $2000.00 in free groceries for providing information regarding spending habits, called the number to sign up, answered their questions and was told I would qualify. They took my debit card information then told me about all the charges I could expect. Intitial charge would be $19.95. Poorly maintained and unsafe sailing vessels. The 43 foot catamaran had no working speedometer, any type of navagation equipment and the VHF radio was connected to a portable antenna with a range of .5 miles or less. Smelled hot plastic, and checked crockpot. Plastic was dripping from the bottom. checked to find a line melting in the plastic base. Opened up unit to find the element had fallen down on the plastic bottom and was melting it. There is only one clip holding the element wraps up on the side of the chassis and only one wrap was going through it.
