I have made a complaint about this law firm before. I dont feel as if they are doing there job on updating me or following up with me and I have no clue on to what is going on with my case, they have told me several times since last year that its in presuite. 2008 Odyssey does not have the cut off to save the battery equiped in this van. The kids leave the dome lights on mostly and the van would not start the next morning. Honda Canada has no solution for this. As you would see other vehicle manufacturer cuts off the lights after 15 minutes of having the lights left ON. What a response that system responds to user need?. Or may be the understanding of the engineers that they cannot design the cutoff to save the battery enough to crank the engine as priority.
