I applied for my Cobra services thru Ceridian (that is who my former employer uses) It is now into the third month and no invoice from Ceridian. Every time I call Customer service I recieve a different story, even though they had not sent an invoice I sent the 476.00 that they advised me my Cobra would cost! They cashed the check imediately, and now all I get is the run around from them! Everytime you call Customer Service ( which is in the Phjillipines) you get a different person and a different story. I purchased a scope, rings and bases from them and they shipped my scope with an invoice showing they shipped the complete order. Now I am stuck they won’t refund my money or ship out the bases. Ok so I used to sign up for identity theft protection. I have tried lifelock, trusted id, and protect my id. Well one day I went to Sears to apply for a credit card and I was declined do because I had a fraud alert on my credit reports which I have placed. Now also lifelock says that protects your identity and each time a i would apply for credit and things like that they would email me, send a letter by mail or call me. AT&T Tech support plus sucks. One day a spent more than 60 minutes of my time on phone trying to talk to a representative. Yes more than 60 mins! This is horrible! Has anyone experienced this so far? my daughter put in gas and when finished she found out the hard way that the handle of the pump was broken and kept pouring gas out and all over her hand and arm and onto her clothes, she reported the broken handle and the was told by the clerks that they knew about it. We have been trying now to make contact with Kobus, the rental agent, for a week, via telephone calls (that he promises to phone back, but never does) and via email, as we have to move to a new place and are interested in almost 5 places they have for rent. We have not heard anything from them, no response once so ever. It is incredibly frustrating for us. To what extent must we go to in order to do business with these people? If I had a choice at this stage, I would prefer not to work with them at all. My ADSL line went down last Friday. I reported it on Monday and it is now late Wednesday and it is still down. i do understand that they are dependent on Telkom but i pay XDSL for both a service and a line so that makes them accountable. I would just like to warn anyone intending doing business with Pave and TilePro. The company falsely indicates that they are NHBRC registered on their quotations. In addition they also claim to beat other quotes by 5% but do not fall for this trick.
