The company claimed to be the best in evaluation services in the U.S when the reverse is true. They have lobbied many schoools to be upset with the evaluations when infact they do nothing but scam clients. I have worked with Patent Assistance Worldwide and I can tell you they are a scam to take your money. Looking back I cant believe how foolish I was to continue working with them, but Im glad I stopped. Purchased a LG Washer on December 13, 2009. In February 2010, Sears sent a technician to replace a recall part and broke our washer. They came back three times to replace parts and could never fix the unit. Finally after 7 weeks they the local store agreed to replace the unit, assuring me that the new unit would have full 1 year warranty from replacement date of 05/04/2010. After my order originally said 6-12 weeks, they then added an additional 6-12 weeks, did not inform me in anyway my order had been placed on backorder again.
