Continually take 12 to 17 days to credit payment and then add a late charge on the next month's bill. I was supposed to recieve a free month's service payable half in December and half in January which they are refusing to issue since they claim my payment to be late. The UK gets a storm so your shipment, according to petcarechoice, gets delayed then delayed again at customs. 8-12 days has turned into 45 days. I ordered a gas fire on December 1st, by telephone. I gave a delivery address in Wales, and my billing address in Hertfordshire. My credit card was debited on Dec 4th. My daughter ordered shoes from them and the billing amount was not the same as the amount quoted on the electronic receipt. Isent them an email inquiring about this because sometimes companies have legitimate billing procedures. Handy man Rob is a rip off. He advertises electrical and plumbing work. HE IS NOT LICENSED AT ALL. He charges as much as a licensed guy, but has no idea what he is doing.
