I accepted a no risk trial membership in stamps.com which offered to give me $5.00 in stamps. I also purchased another $10.00 in stamps from them. When I tried to print the stamps, they were not centered on the forms and therefore could not be used. I called stamps.com to cancel my membership and get a refund. They sent forms for me to fill out in order to get a refund and told me that I had to keep my membership open until the refund was complete. I bought a 26 inch MTD snow blower 2 years ago. this would have been it's third season if it had started. Not being able to pull start it I decided to use the handy dandy electric starter. No such luck. When I opened the switch cover one of the screw heads was sheared off leaving the power wire undone. The cause of the motor not starting in the first place was that there was an inch of rust and sludge inside of the fuel tank. How it got there I'll never know. I ordered almost a $100 dollars of cables from Ezonecables.com and their emails claimed it shipped, but the package never arrived. They refuse to answer my emails so I can't get any type of tracking number to find out if the package was actually shipped or not. Their address is not posted on their website so I can't track them down or file a BBB complaint. I had to cancel my credit card and have them try to reverse the charges. What a hassle! Bought two-year subscription of a child's magazine called Jack and Jill. This was a gift and it wasn't until months after I purchased it that I was informed they received only two issues. I contacted the magazine and after several attempts to get help, they finally gave me a phone number to Unified Family Circulation. I have tried to resolve this error for over a year. Waste of money, waste of time, please do not invest in something you will never (and can never) take advantage of. There are only 54 resorts (20 all in Florida) and they are only located about 20 states, not including popular California, New Mexico, Utah, Washington, Illinois, Colorado, and many others. My employer in NC uses WageWorks to handle their Healthcare Reimbursement accounts, and they totally suck. The first year we used them it was a huge pain in the butt to use their debit visa card because they would wait a few months before telling you about a charge they wanted to dispute, and then they rejected faxes I sent them twice because they claimed they were illegible, but they were perfectly legible. I decided to try Boston Pet on 114 in Peabody. I figured whomever owns this business must know what they are doing to put a small pet store offering grooming right betwenn two corporate giants (Petco / Pet Smart).
